  • First, thank you Jai for your hospitality! Everything was perfect. Glad that we chose your apartment. The perfect location to explore the city. I highly recommend it!

  • Jai was a marvellous host! She gave us a very friendly and animated introduction to Toronto and kindly offered us flexibility in leaving our bags in the apartment, since our flight did not depart until the evening. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised - a great, well-located and comfortable base to explore the city. It's a great space for two and we had a wonderful stay. There are also numerous excellent places to eat nearby. We recommend it unreservedly!

  • Booking Jai's apartment was a jackpot! The place was super nice, bigger than expected, very clean and tidy. There were shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and the like available, like in a real hotel. The apartment was also very quiet, although in the heart of the city. A great place to relax after a busy day downtown.

Jai was the most welcoming host, always ready to help at basically any hour of the day, it was nice that she asked how my friend and I were doing throughout our week long stay. She was a warm personality and made us feel at home immediately.

The location couldn't be better, we had a two day conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Center which was a 7min walk away. All the shops and restaurants were close which made our Toronto experience great :).

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto and would go again myself.

  • What an awesome place to stay! Cute, quaint, charming and a fantastic location. We walked all over the city and loved having our own little place for the weekend. Jai is wonderful and super accommodating. We will definitely be back!

  • The Quirky Studio was perfect for our trip to Toronto. It was just what we needed for our stay and the location was right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to all that we wanted to see and do. The space was full of character and charm. Jai was an amazing host. She greeted us when we got in and checked in with us during our stay to see how we were doing and answer any questions. She was also helpful in letting us know about the area, which was much appreciated. We will be using the Quirky and Quaint Studio for any future visits.

A few words about the Quirky&Quaint-Quintessential Studio: A very nice place. My girlfriend fell in love immediately. Good location in the city center. Only one tiny issue: the fire department is on the other side of the street - which can be noisy from time to time. But all in all: great place, highly recommended.

  • Enjoyed my stay at Jai's studio. Would recommend it for a casual accommodation place, near some nice restaurants and bars. It's also walking distance from many places of interest in the city. Jai was helpful in answering questions and providing information when needed. Thanks very much for this!
