My apt. Is Located in an Aged walk up brownstone on the 2nd floor. So DO NOT expect a luxurious building for this price hahaha.
It is also Facing a main Avenue 145th street so be aware that there would be some noise from the cars and busses. I myself dont mind that at all but some people do. so I have to mention it. The Apt. has 4 large windows So you have plenty of sun light all day long and a very nice view of the trees on the street so you can tell how the weather will be outside as soon as you wake up :-)

  • The Angel helped us a lot, we are very grateful for his service.
About the apartment, the building is old and the facade is undergoing maintenance, and because this the appearance is not good. There is only a narrow staircase to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is nice, had everything we needed, was clean, well located. It is a great option if you are seeking the best cost X benefit.

  • I stayed at Angel's place with my boyfriend for 11 days while we were in New York to visit the city. Angel has been very friendly, giving us advice and information on the subway and how to get to his place.
The apartment was exactly as it looks on the photos, spacious and clean, which fresh towels provided. The bed was very comfortable, which was greatly appreciated after walking through the city all day!
We didn't use the kitchen at all as we ate out every day but there is a stove, a microwave and a fridge if you need to cook.
The apartment is ideally located, it is right next to the subway station so you don't have to walk, and then if you take the Express A line you can get to Times Square in about 15 minutes. We couldn't hope of a better place to stay, especially when you know the price of hotels rooms in Manhattan...!

  • I've been on angel's apartment for 2 months and it was really great! His apt was clean and colorful as picture show us! Angel is a good guy and a great host! Always careful with us, friendly and ready to help when we nedded! Me and my family really love to stay in his apartment! The neighborhood was calm and there was a subway station veryyy close to apartment! I had only good moments there! Thank u for everything, angel! :)

  • The apartment was great and just as in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The location was really convenient for the express subway lines so travel round the city was easy. Angel was a great host, very welcoming and available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

  • Loved staying at Angel's! Great & easy communication. Beautiful place in such a great location (2 mins walk from subway, what more could we ask for!) and Angel was so helpful to give us tips on transport, food & sightseeing. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Angel :)

  • Angel is a great and helpful host! He gave us all the informations to reach his flat! He is very available if need.
Finally, we didn't rent this flat, but another Angel's apartment, in the 137th street.
It was perfect, clean, quite, comfortable, beautiful and looked Like the pictures!
We recommend his flat for everyone and we hope to return soon !!

  • Due to construction works, I was not able to stay in this apartment. However, Angel was great at communicating with me and updating me of the current situation. He allowed me to stay in another apartment. Angel is a nice, friendly and warm person with whom it was easy to get along. His apartment was well-decorated with nice little touches. I would definitely recommend him to others!

  • Angel was a great host! The apartment looks just like the pictures and the location was great! It's only steps away from the subway and the express train takes you to lower Manhattan in only 10-15 minutes. Taking the subway back at night was very convenient and I never felt unsafe walking from the subway station to the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying at Angel's place if you're looking for a clean, safe place to stay on a budget. My only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper, you might need to bring ear plugs to sleep at night as you can hear traffic and people outside at night and in the mornings. That wasn't a problem for me though since we were so exhausted from seeing all the sights during the day that we passed out as soon as we got back without a problem.

    A conseiller donc,
