It was unforgettable holiday in Alex &Reinie house. It's no more feeling, that it was B&B, it was feeling of 5 star hotel with chocolate and bottle of water near the bed, lots of pillows, many towels in bathroom. Bed made by daughter of Alex&Reinie it's special story, as you can stay there are 24 hours, so sweet to sleep, just beautiful sea view and delicious smell of breakfast force you to wake up :) You have to know, that Alex&Reinie made Best breakfast ever, handmade with soul, its giving you feeling, that you at parents home or guest of your grandparents. We were lucky to have special and unique master class of pancakes from Reinie and from Alex with their special 2 different secret receipts. ( it's not for everybody of course:))
Fresh air, healthy meal, and sport activity made our days. We were running at the morning and playing basketball with Alex&Reinie, we have to say it's not easy to win, as they great players.
We highly recommending Alex&Renie, it was really unforgettable stay, we will back for sure.

A lovely quiet environment close to a busy little town. If you enjoy relaxation or adventure this is an ideally situated place to stay. The hosts are calm and lovely people and it was a pleasure to meet the family. Very good with children and we fell in love with the little farm dog Toulouse. Our son had an amazing time and really enjoyed exploring the farm and the incredible surrounding environment including some of the most beautiful beaches and scenery Ive seen in all my extensive travels. Everyone had a blast and the breakfasts were awesome. Thanks guys!!
We had a lovely time with Alex and Renie and their family. It was great to be in such a beautiful location with the bonus of having the comforts of a homely place to return to in the evenings. Steven enjoyed learning a new game and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this accommodation. We will hopefully be returning to see you again in the future.
We spent a lovely weekend in at 'Old Stone Farmhouse' in October 2013. Alex was freindly, welcoming and an extreemly warm host. The most idilic setting if you enjoy walking, being outdoors or even just spending a night in by the fire and relaxing.
Alex, all the best with the charity work you support.
We would highly recommend a stay here.
It lovely to spend a couple of night at Alex and Renie’s farmhouse. They were warm, easy going and friendly to be around and made us feel very at home. The farmhouse is in a great location - just 2 miles from a lovely beach (with dolphins!) and coastline. The room was lovely, the bed was super-comfortable and there was a wealth of local information and advice on places to visit nearby.
We would definitely stay with Alex and Renie again if we are in the area. Our first Airbnb experience - hope the rest are like this one.
Thanks Alex and Rennie for a lovely welcome in your wild and beautiful corner of Wales. You truly made us feel part of the family. The coffee ice-cream was delicious and the wealth of local information provided was extremely useful.
This has been the best airbnb experience I have had. I contacted Alex and Renie rather last minute but they were quick to help. The room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, the entire house and grounds lovely and comfortable. Alex and Renie and their two daughters that I met there are some of the most kind, friendly, welcoming folks I have met on my travels. The breakfast is excellent also! They have many suggestions for activities in the area; I walked most of the 5 days I was there and they had plenty of maps and good directions. The house in a ten minute walk from two local bus stops and the public transit in the region is great ( I came and went without a car, just my backpack). Also 30 minute walk to the coast where I saw seals and dolphins. A wonderful stay, in fact I will definitely be returning!
Had a lovely stay, great location and lively family...
Our family trip took us from London to the edge of the western coast of Wales. Alex and Renie welcomed us with warm hearts and made our stay very special. We only spent two nights and a day here, and it feels as if we had known Alex and Renie for so much longer. Our rooms in their beautiful farmhouse - on the very best spot in this part of the world - were cosy and comfortable, a true sanctuary. We set off with vision of relaxing and we came back with a million miles extra, enriched by the Welsh experience where Alex and Renie played a major part. We give them huge special thanks! We shall be back.
What a fantastic couple and property. Both Alex and Renie couldn't have been more welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and beds very comfy and cosy. Was lovely and relaxing sitting by the fire in the evenings. Thanks for a memorable stay I loved your place.
