About this listing
Cozy room room in the heart of Copenhagen in quiet surroundings with elevator, gallery, bike and a roof terrace with a great view.
Centrally at the lively Nørrebro, this apartment is placed between the recreative area "The Lakes" and the pedestrian street Blågårdsgade.
The room has a very good king size bed and you'll have a nice view to an extraordinary large green courtyard.
You'll have acces to a kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine, wifi, and all the recreative areas connected to the building.
The property dates from 1900 but has been modernized with a gallery and a roof terrace 10 years ago. Just outside the front door is a small dining area and further down the gallery there is a larger table that is common to all on the floor - also you!. The roof terrace is common for the whole building, but most likely you can have it to yourself, as most prefer to hang out in the green backyard where there are lots of cozy areas, dining tables, a fountain and not least a fabulous playground.
There is an elevator in the building.
One minute away you'll find The Lakes, and one minute in the other direction you have the attractive Blågårdsgade, with plenty of cafes, retaurants, second hand shops and food stores.
Despite its central location, one rarely hears traffic.
There are plenty of public transport options: Several bus lines, 7 minutes walk to the metro that runs to the beach and the airport. 10 minutes walk to Nørreport station with all s-train lines.
But Copenhagen is a great city for biking, and a bike comes with the apartment. Additional bikes can be rented nearby for app. 100 Dkr for 24 hours. Sometimes it's possible to borrow an extra bike of a friend of mine in exchange of a delicasy from your hometown. You have to ask in advance if you want me to check up in that.
You'll share the apartment with me and my 9-year-old daughter.
If you bring a kid I have a weekend bed for kids and a high chair.
I will provide bedding and towels.
If the time for checking in or out doesn't suit you, let me know. We can probaly work something else out.
Gayfriendly people are welcome
No right wing people
And not a lot of noise at night
I'm 47 years old. I live in Copenhagen together with my daughter and work as a school teacher.
After having some very nice experiences being an airbnb-guest, I've decided also to be a host. Hope to see you - at your place or mine.
