Randy, I apologised for not having verified the electrical boiler was turned on. I did not blame the cleaner I said she might have turned it off since I leave it on all the time. It is my responsibility to check it and I understand you being upset about it and it was unfortunate that I did not check it. Before establishing that the problem with the boiler was that it was turned off I assumed it was broken and that I had to call in an electrician to fix/assess it. So in order to not cause you any more hassle and as you were unhappy with the apartment I arranged for an alternative accommodation in the same area, which you’ve declined. Unfortunately, the building is not centrally heated as probably most homes in America are, but on the Airbnb platform, it is not possible to discriminate the type of heating, central or individual heaters. One small correction, there was one oil heater and a heater in the bathroom, and then I brought a third oil heater.
