David and P.J. were the greatest hosts. Warm welcome and always the feeling of just being home. Thank you so much for this great stay and see you soon...
PJ and David were extremely hospitable. Our room and bath were spotless and very comfortable. We appreciated their attention to every detail. Thanks for your warmth and good humor!
David and PJ are wonderful, down to earth people, who made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked into their airbnb. As our stay continued we enjoyed the time we had with them, and only wish it had been longer.
Everything from their caring, their knowledge, the conversations, and even the cappuccino was great!
My experience exceeded my expectations. David and PJ were outstanding hosts and went out of there way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my accommodations. David and PJ were 100% accessible from the start through the end of my stay without being intrusive and granted me full access to their home. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
The next time I am in the Bay area I will plan on seeking out their accommodations again and I strongly recommend their accommodations to anyone else looking for a clean, safe, and hospitable place to stay in the Bay area. The quality of the accommodations and level of service I received was well worth the money spent.
The location for my purposes was perfect and having a secure and covered parking spot was an added bonus as the streets get pretty congested.
David and PJ were fantastic. The room/suite was immaculately clean and private - there's even a mini fridge. David and PJ are very warm and generous. Once they realized that I had an electric-only car parked in the garage they insisted on pulling out some extension cords so that I could recharge it over night.
Wonderful hosts and great conversations, ie about philosophy courses that both PJ and I took at SF State.
I have no words to highlight my appreciation for the love and hospitality I received from David & P.J. Since the very first minute that I stepped into their place, I felt welcomed. Once you enter their home, you feel the positive energy this couple projects. Clean bathroom, very comfortable bed, TV with Netflix, WiFi, and a very quiet neighborhood, give this place in terms of accommodations the highest rating I could think of. When you add all that to being welcomed by real people, I mean genuine people like David & P.J., you realize that you could not have made a better choice than this place in Oakland. If you are planning to stay in the area, do not hesitate to stay at David & P.J.'s place.
My short stay with David & PJ was absolutely splendid. They are both excellent hosts - accommodating, friendly, helpful, and interesting to chat with. The private room and bathroom are well situated, comfortable, and tactfully decorated. PJ was nice enough to drop me off down in the nearby restaurant / bar scene; they provided covered parking, clean linen, an awesome memory foam mattress, and a very tasty light breakfast. Truly my only regret is that I only stayed one night.
