  • Me and my boyfriend stayed at David's place for almost two months during my exchange studies at the University of Toronto. David was a friendly host, the apartment had everything we needed, and the location was great, close to the university, Chinatown, lots of great cafés, restaurants and shops. I can only recommend David's place!

  • Aside from being literally above Banh Mi Boys (which is famous for its five-spice pork belly banh mi), it's also located near almost every bar and every store you'd want to visit when you're in Toronto. I won't even bother looking for any other place to stay when I'm hitting town. I'm giving this place an A++ for being so easily accessible!

  • This apartment is well situated in Downtown Toronto and near Kensington Market. David was most helpful and friendly. The apartment is basic but we found it ok as a great base to explore the city.

  • Had a nice stay. David is a very friendly and accommodating host, location is great. The only concern was with 24 hr parking, which is hard to find in Toronto in general.

  • I stayed at David's for a night. David was a great host and was really helpful - he even assisted us in carrying our heavy luggages up the flight of steps leading to the apartment. The location of the apartment was also central and it was pretty easy to navigate. Although I didn't personally get much of an opportunity to interact with him, David seems like a cool person too!

  • I spent two months in David's apartment. David is a really nice and laid back guy, was a great host and did a great job of making me feel welcome. If you don't need a luxury apartment, this place is definitely worth checking out. I couldn't imagine a better location in Toronto. There are nice restaurants/bars nearby and you can basically walk to any destination downtown.

  • David was a great host. He's a really chill/laid back guy and he did a great job of making me feel welcome. The location is fantastic (Queen West is awesome) and the pad is pretty solid. I'd definitely go back.

  • David was friendly, courteous, and very responsive to emails. Fantastic location in downtown. Queen St. is awesome with so many shops and restaurants in both directions. Room was clean with chair, lamp, stereo with iPhone charger. Cozy feel.

  • Basic but cool spot, and good price for where you are. Unfortunately no free parking but this is the case in a big city.

    Clean and affordable!

  • Staying with david was definitely a good experience. He's very accommodative, laid-back and understanding. He recommended some alternative places to hang out which were indeed great.

Location was the best of it. Its very well located in West Queen street, surrounded with tones of places to go out, eat, shop, etc. The room and flat are basic, but still clean and nicely decorated to give u an arty feeling.

    I could go back anytime.
