Stylish apartment with its own terrace and a patio in a very quiet historic building. It is located in the best place of Palermo, a friendly and bohemian neighbourhood.
Lovely antique apartment in the best place of Palermo, in a very quiet historic building and friendly neighbourhood. It is like a house with its own terrace and a patio too. It has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen bed and the other room upstairs with single bed and a big desk and book shelf), a living room, patio, kitchen and one complete bath. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, antique furniture, lots of storage space, wooden floors.
The living room is open to a very sunny patio where you have a table for dining.
The apartment is equipped with high speed internet, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffe machine, dishes, kitchenware. The cleaning and change of towels and linens is made once a week.
It is located in Nicaragua and Borges, in a secure and safe zone 2 blocks from plaza serrano/ eateries / boutique shopping / fashion district / parks / yoga / gyms. It is 6 blocks walk to the subway. Everything you could possibly need is close by.
Palermo Soho is a small area of Palermo Viejo around Plaza Serrano (officially Plazoleta Cortázar) on Serrano near Palermo's south-western edge. It is a newly fashionable area for fashion, design, restaurants, bars and street culture. The traditional low houses have been adapted into boutiques and bars, creating a bohemian feel.
This is a non smoking apartment.
Be respectful to neighbors with noise. No parties or large gatherings.
Be mindful of electricy by turning off the lights and A/C when you are not at home.
Above all, treat the apartment with love and respect. The place will give it back to you providing a cozy haven during your stay in BA.
A nice appartment in a very enjoyable neighbourhood. We had some rather cold but sunny spring mornings when it was nice to have a coffee in the patio under the glass roof before going for breakfast in one of the neighbouring bars.
I appreciate that Graciela (or indeed her mum) was very flexible with the check-in time and waited for us when we came 10 minutes late.
It's good to check whether the hot water is on before you go under the shower because sometimes the button jumps out (though that only happened after I changed the boiler setting from medium (2/4) to quite hot (3/4), so maybe it's my fault).
The only drawback is that all the windows, including the bathroom window, go to the patio - but that is normal for these historic houses, I think.
We had an incredible stay at the Graciela's apartment. This is a type of place anyone would dream of while staying in Buenos Aires. It's beautiful, unique and authentic. The location is simply fantastic. While variety of cafes, restos, boutique shops are just around the corner the apartment itself is super quiet as it's located inside the block far away from the street. The place has plenty of room for a couple or a party of three people. There are two patios - one is at the entrance (indoor with skylight) and another one is on top of the apartment (open air). Graciela was very responsive to any question we had making sure our stay is enjoyable. We can't imagine any better place to stay in Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!
Nice little apartment in a very good spot in Palermo > convenient for Subte & picking up a cab. Supermercado around the corner.
Central for milongas.
Graciela's mum is great. Wifi works well. Roof terras is lovely.
The apartment has no windows but a big glass roof which is beautiful but leaks when it rains.
Suze, I am glad you liked the apartment and enjoyed your stay. The leaking at the patio has already been solved. Every now and then leaves have to be removed from the patio’s glass ceiling. I’d like to bring out the fact that the patio has several plants and a glass ceiling on it, and also that all rooms lead to the patio and cash in on the natural light that comes from the patio.
I had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires and Graciela's apartment. It is located in the best area of Buenos Aires - Palermo Soho. You have everything - rests, bars, shops - very close. I enjoyed it so much that I would definitely come back again. Also Graciela is very kind and helps you with any question. I missed nothing I only enjoyed every minute of my stay. The apartment is absolutely quite although located in the middle of the center in Palermo Soho. You can reach the best places for shopping, dining and drinking by walking. This apartment offers you everything you need for a perfect stay in Buenos Aires.
Truly a "great" apartement. Nicely furbished and well equipped.
Bright, quite, clean and safe. Excellent location, close to everything you need (Subte, shops, restaurants, bars, laundry, fitness.....)
The owners are helpful.
Stay here again.
