My family and I live all over the world, so we chose Bill's place at Old Palm for a much needed family get together over the Easter break. There was six of us in total, and found the place to be incredibly roomy, with lots of areas to sit both together or on your own if you want to have a little privacy so we never got on eachothers nerves :) The property is truly divine, the grounds and long driveway which lead to the house are incredibly lush and whimsical, and the peacocks add to the mood. Bill keeps the property and house in impeccable shape, so you get the feeling you are at a resort given how well manicured everything is. The house is very new and in great condition, and incredibly clean with everything you need for a more than comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed the area as well, with pristine nearby beaches that have public access points that we went to a few times at Turtle Trail and Sea Grape trail. I suggest Sea Grape where you can park for free and there are no condos along that part of the beach so it's nice and quiet. There are portable beach chairs you can bring along from the shed. Bill was always available for questions and was so kind and friendly with us during our stay. Make sure to get to Squid Lips which is just down the street. Also, if you're into exercise, the front porch makes a great sunrise yoga studio, and if you turn right at the end of the driveway, and take an immediate right you can jog along the waterfront where all the kitschy crab shacks and marinas are in Sebastian. Definitely recommend Old Palm for any holiday or stay, great for all agess. You will love the view off the massive front porch, and can catch the dolphins floating by!
