This location is right in downtown Kansas city in a residential neighborhood full of homes. It was very nice to stay here and I would recommend this place. There was also ample street parking. The outside view if the city is to die for too. And there were some good restaurants near by that you could either walk to or drive. I would recommend this to folks wanting a short time stay. Other things to note: the internet was functional. There were plenty of TV channel options, the AC was very powerful, and the house had more than enough kitchen appliances to accommodate all of your needs. The basement is chilly and a bit noisy from the furnace, so I wouldn't recommend staying in that space. I personally did not have to use it except for doing laundry so YMMV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kansas City largely due to the comfortable, well-equipped house and helpful, welcoming Host. The neighborhood is convenient and eclectic; great for an evening stroll or just sitting on the porch. We definitely would stay here again should we come to Kansas City.

Steve was awesome. This house was loved by those of us staying in it. The experience with Steve was the best part of coming to the American Royal livestock show. Thanks for your hospitality. PS. Thank Anna also.

I have a feeling she's always listening in, but I'll pass it along in my prayers. You two were cut from the same cloth ...which is high praise.

We had a very delightful experience. From booking, through preparations, and check-in, Steven was thoughtful, patient, and generous. He made sure we had everything we needed and then more. His suggestions for activities and experiences added fun to our trip. The house was a charming, warm, and inviting space to be in. We greatly appreciated the modern plumbing in an old house, and knowing that we could use the washer and dryer made it easy for us to pack light. We also LOVED the fast and reliable wi-fi. The location was perfect for us. Being so close to the highways made it easy to get around town. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Overall, we truly loved our time in this house. Staying here made this one of the best trips to Kansas City we have ever had.

Steven was a GREAT host! He was readily available, although everything in the house manual was pretty accurate, so we didn't even need to contact him. The description of the home is accurate as well & when I do get back to KC, I plan on booking with Steven again! We appreciate your hospitality & allowing us to stay in your home!

I'm self employed. I enjoy cooking, travel, hiking, frisbee, art, architecture, soccer, golf, ballet, beer with a bite, full bodied wine, an occasional stiff drink, strong coffee and most of all, time with my family and friends.
