We will work with you to ensure checking in and checking out is convenient. The only time we cannot be flexible is if someone else is checking in or out on the same day

This home is pet friendly to dogs with paid pet fee ($20/pet per night). For guests with service dogs please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards. (3) Please note that bath towels are not to be used for the hot tub. If they are found to be used for this purpose, a fine and replacement charge will be applied.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
