This luxury loft apartment has french doors opening onto a large deck overlooking a garden with pond and stream and stately trees. It is in the heart of downtown Fairfield, a block away from the grocery store and 5 blocks from the town square.

The space
I (the owner of this 4 apartment building) am an artist and I designed this apartment for myself. It is both wonderful and a bit eccentric. The space is entirely open. but there is a part of the loft that forms a second room that is quite private; both visually and aurally separate from the rest of the space. Most adults have to bend over to enter the space. Check out the photographs.
