My place is fine for exploring Vienna because of it`s great location, besides of the special flair of the elegant and cosy apartment. I am sure you will feel at home!

Public transport and garages close by.
Free car parking on the street only on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Interaction with Guests
I always communicate with my guests from the beginning, giving them special informations about the surroundings of the apartment and how to get there. Also normally I will be present personally, if it is not possible I always send persons of confidence to see my guests into the apartment and give the necessary explanations.
A great advantage is that my family lives in the same building. So if you have questions to ask during your stay, you will have a helping person at your side.
The neighborhood of the apartment is fantastic as it is an pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and places of leisure. Also because you can reach almost every sight of interest within walking distance.
In 2 min. walk you reach the underground lines U2 and U3 and in 4 min. walk all the ring tram lines. So you can get everywhere in Vienna by public transport within only minutes.
There are some public garages for parking. If you park on the street, it also costs except on weekends. But it is more stressless to use garages which are situated at the main entrance roads into Vienna, on cheaper fares than directly in the city.

Great apartment (exactly as advertised) in a perfect location to all the major Vienna sites. Eva, our host, was also very welcoming and responsive to any queries we had. We would definitely stay here if we come back to Vienna.
Danke alles bestens, sehr zentrale und gemütliche Wohnung. Richtiges altwiener Altbauflair.
Eva's place in Vienna was perfect. We really did walk to everything such as St Stephens, St Michael's, the Belvedere and the State Opera. Also it was close to supermarket, interesting shops, restaurants and cafes. Eva was very nice and helpful even when we arrived a little late due to flight being late. Thank you Eva.
This is the second time I have stayed at Eva's wonderful apartment in Vienna. It is such a great place to stay - everywhere is walkable - and the apartment itself is lovely and always kept in pristine condition - it has everything you need. Eva leaves great maps and details about local shops etc - and we meet easily to hand over keys on arrival.
I fully recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Vienna and hope to return before too long.

About the Host, Eva
I am a pianist and manager of a publishing company.
I could not live without my piano, music in general, different cultural events. Therefore Vienna is such a wonderful place to live. It gives a large variety of culture. I also like good movies like the pianist. Also picture galleries and modern art. And I love to dance.
I like to travel very much, my favorite destinations: Italy, specially Venice, New York, London, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires.
My favorite books: all of the great Russians like Dostojevski, Tolstoj
For food I prefer the mediterrenian kitchen and the fabulous Austrian sweet dishes like Apfelstrudel or Topfenstrudel.
My life motto is. "Take it easy" but I sometimes can`t follow it.
