Evan's house is very conveniently located. The house itself was exactly as described. A great place, overall. Also, a bunch of phenomenal restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk (especially Pickle)

Evan is very friendly and we had a wonderful stay for St. Patrick's day! Excellent food and fun activities all around that part of Dublin. I miss it already! ;)

The stay at Evan's was amazing. I stayed there with my family (5 adults, 1 child) and we all fell in love with the place. We ate breakfast and a few dinners there as the kitchen is well equipped to cook and the dining room very spacious. The place is well located, at walking distance from central Temple Bar area, 2 min away from a Tesco and close to public transportation. But it's also residential, far enough from the pub scene craziness. We pretty much moved on foot for our whole stay in Dublin. There was a minor issue with the heating system but Evan came right away and got it fixed.

Evan's place is fantastic. First, location: it's a block away from shops/cafes/pubs/grocery which is very convenient. In our week in Dublin we walked just about everywhere. We never took a cab or train unless we were leaving the city - and transportation options are also close by. Next, the apartment: it's tucked away from the bustle and feels like a retreat. The photos are quite representative; it's light and cozy. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Evan was very friendly. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and responded quickly to a few minor issues during our stay.

Evan was very attentive. There was 5 of us and we only used the place to sleep. Great location, we walked everywhere.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the sites and great restaurants. It's large and mostly as described. The wifi worked in the upstairs bedrooms but we were unable to connect in the living areas/kitchen. We were told there was a leak at the bottom of the stairs, which was minor and we were fine with that. But, when we arrived we noticed that there was black mold in the bathroom and the bedrooms. We were quite alarmed and uncomfortable with it - had we know, we certainly would not have stayed in the apartment. We arrived late in the evening and didn't feel like we had another option at the time. Thankfully, it was a short trip. We would like to recommend this apartment due to the size and location, but would recommend communicating with the owner regarding the mold and leak situation as we can't recommend staying there until it is corrected. The owner did message that he was in the process of working on it, but that didn't help us during our stay.

We loved this little gem in the heart of Dublin. It felt spacious and homey. It was nice to have a little outdoor area and lots of natural light flooding the space. It was very close to the high street shopping area and two great parks esp. Stephens Green. The were also two grocery stores just down the road.
