This cosy double room with adjacent private bathroom is secluded away on the 2nd floor of our lovely, spacious Victorian semi-detached family (we have 3 children - 15,11 and 5 yrs old) house overlooking the rear garden and a beautiful Golden Robinia. We also have two cats and a recent addition of a tiny Jackawawa, (mix of a Jack Russell and Chihuahua). The room comes with access to the front sitting room, the kitchen (breakfast of cereal, croissant, yogurt, orange juice, tea, tassimo coffee) and the garden, 24/7 Broadband Wifi, a 26" TV/DVD with Freeview, visitor parking permits at £2/day, storage and hanging space. The house is situated in a very quiet and friendly road, and less than 10 minutes walk from Canbury Park Gardens, situated along a beautiful part of the Thames river, with the Boater's Inn that has seating overlooking the river, and which also leads to Turks Pier (boat trips to Hampton Court or Richmond via Teddington Lock) and then Kingston bridge, next to which is a string of riverside restaurants. The house is also only 10 mins walk from Kingston Town centre (7 minutes to Kingston Rail Station, which is 34 minutes to Central London by Train) with the famous Bentall Centre, the Rose Theatre and an extensive pedestrian shopping area, 10 minutes walk from Richmond Park, 20 mins walk from Bushey Park (with the peculiarly named Pheasantry - there are none but lots of other birds - wildlife enclosure and restaurant), 20 minutes walk to Home Park (by Hampton Court - itself about an hour of beautiful riverside walking), 30 minutes to Teddington Lock, lots of characterful local pubs, 10 minutes walk to public tennis courts (£5 per hour), 3 minutes walk to Sainsburys and adjacent Virgin Active club, 35 minutes drive to Heathrow (£25 taxi or direct bus that takes an hour but is much cheaper), 3 minutes walk to bus stop on Richmond Road. Out of the 32 London boroughs, Kingston has the lowest overall crime rate (Met Police website).

I really enjoyed sating with Sarita again, they are such a welcoming family and the room is perfect. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I had a delightful stay at Sarita and Charlie's beautiful house which is quiet, peaceful and has a great location. They were really nice and welcoming, and the kids were absolute sweethearts. I'd love to visit again and recommend anyone who are looking for a cosy, lovely home.
Best regards, Nazlı
Sarita & Charlie's home and family are wonderful. I was made to feel part of the family which was lovely, the room and bathroom reflect Sarita's great taste. The bed is so comfortable. I can't wait to visit again.
You'll have a wonderful stay.
We had an amazing stay!
The room and bathroom were very clean and equipped with a TV, kettle, hair dryer and everything else you need. The breakfast was excellent and the whole family is absolutely lovely.
Although situated close to the train station (7 min walk) Sarita's house lies in a very quiet area and we had a fantastic sleep.
Kingston is the perfect location for sightseeing in and around London. It takes about 45 min on the tube to get to Central London and some of the most magnificent places of England like Windsor, Kew and especially Hampton Court are all reachable within a very short time. And Kingston itself is also a lovely town with everything you need.
And not to forget that the communication before and during our stay was fantastic. We booked just one day before our arrival and nevertheless everything worked at perfect. Thank you so much for that! It was our first experience with airbnb and we do not regret it at all!
I can fully recommend staying at Sarita's house and we will definitely stay there again!
I really enjoyed staying with Sarita and Charlie, they are so welcoming and their house is lovely. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in Kingston.
It was a very nice stay with Sarita and her family. Lovely people, beautiful house, your room and bathroom are very nice and clean. Everything is well looked after. You do feel like you are at home.
It was lovely to stay with Sarita! Their house was very conveniently situated, and they were very gracious that we ended up arriving very late in the evening.
The accommodations were very comfortable, as was the breakfasts they left for us. We did not have much opportunity to interact with Sarita and her family, but the little time we did spend with them was lovely.
I would recommend staying here.
We had a delightful stay with Sarita and her wonderful family.
The room is so pretty, cosy and comfortable and the bathroom is perfect, light, bright and spotless.
The location is on a quite road in easy walking distance to Kingston town centre.
It was fun playing board games with Leo, the 4 year old... But look out! He'll take delight in "thrashing you"!
We really felt like we were in the heart of a lively loving family, and we'd be very happy to return.
Very clean, central to shops and train stations, very friendly host and a very lovely family, you simply feel at home.
A truely lovely welcoming family; I would go out of my way to drop by and say hello again.
