The house is in a safe tree lined road in family area close to all transport and main roads. Parking is not controlled. Friendly host with international outlook. Children can be accommodated and the area has good parks and child friendly areas. The house has a large kitchen area and the garden is large for London.
This house is not for people who don't like animals. There are two cats that hang around the house when it is cold. Outside mostly during the summer. 12 Chicken that definitely do live outside, although are tame so can be hand fed for the fun of it. There is also an golden labrador called Tammy - that is only in the house when owner is in, She is 3 years old and very friendly, loves everyone.
Pets can be accommodated but must be pre booked and must be well behaved and fit in with the other animals!
Under no circumstances will smoking be tolerated on the property at any time.
Linda is a helpful host. The room was cozy and the bed was awesome. It's a ten minute walk from Linda's to the Norfield Underground. We also met Philip and Robin who were very friendly. To sum up, it's a nice trip.
Beautiful house. Easy access to downtown as well as to Heathrow airport. Linda is very kind, supportive and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.
Linda is a great and kind host. She helped me and gave a lot of advice during my trip. Not to mention the animals are really docile and calm. The room is very comfortable and the place is easily accessible using the underground.
I had a fantastic, productive time here. The room is generously sized, clean and warm, even in what felt like the bleakest of winters. Linda left a detailed sheet of information that was great for referring to throughout my stay. Oh and welcome cookies!
There is a huge kitchen, which makes for a super chillout area at the end of a long working day. Linda lays on milk and cereals (I believe toast also) for breakfast -- another thoughtful little touch.
I was passing through, didn't know London very well, but was able to get to grips very quickly thanks to the proximity of Linda's place to the tube, convenience stores and even a gym.
Great value too.
one of the best decisions of our trip to London was stay the night at Linda's home. the house is very cozy and we felt like home. I recomend to stay here and know Linda, she is really nice and she will help you in anything you need
Booked the place for my brother (who lives abroad) and he had a great stay at Linda's house. She is really friendly, super welcoming and my brother was very happy with his room which is spacious and very comfortable.
Thanks so much Linda, would definitely book again. Happy New Year :)
