Thanks Cesar!!! Your apartment was wonderful! It was a really nice stay for my family!!! Very well located, clean, 5 minutes walk from shops and market! Everything they needed! A lot more worthy then any other 5 star Hotel!!! I recommend!!!
Great place to stay, very convenient and close to everything. Cesar was a great host and very helpful, everything he recommended was spot on.
The apartment on rue Raynouard was terrific for our "maiden voyage" to Paris. Its brilliant, mod- colors and very contemporary kitchen with new appliances gave us a jolt of adrenaline . . . that was offset by the Old World facade of the building and the antique mirrors, plaster detail, and french doors of the interior. The location was convenient to the metro and walkable to the Eiffel Tower, plus all of the amazing pastry, meat, fish, cheese and veggie markets in and around rue de Passy. The cafes within a 3-minute walk of our classic, small elevator building kept us well-pleased: whether for dinner, afternoon tea or breakfast. Our host, Cesar, set a cheery tone right from the beginning, when he met my husband, 3 adult children, and myself with a spiritedly presented, welcoming spread of croissants, cheeses, chocolate and coffee.
Catching a cab was easy from this upscale area, but strolling to the neighboring arondissements, crossing pedestrian bridges, and exploring different cobblestone streets were part of the brilliance of this
5-day vacation for us. Cesar clued us into the oddities of his rental properties. In recognition of the elevator's being an heirloom from the late 1800's, it was strictly a 2 or, maybe, 3 person affair. Even though the bath had just been renovated, the older plumbing in this building calls for your "flushing responsibly."
We found it easy to fill our days with the likes of training it to Versailles (only 45 minutes away), zipping off to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, and such fine Parisian dining spots as Chez Georges. What was just as delightful, though, was the ability to prepare a Thanksgiving menu for my family and a few of their college friends who are now studying abroad. We actually served eight at the marble dining table and had an easy clean-up afterwards, thanks to the petite dishwasher. Partly, this trip was about we New Yorkers bringing "Turkey Day" to our son, now studying in Europe. Not many flats would have made this as fun an experience. We improvised here and there: using the juliet balcony as an "outdoor mini-refrigerator," once we discovered the half-fridge/freezer couldn't accommodate all the wine, champagne, pates and cheeses we had so enthusiastically purchased nearby. Likewise, the stainless steel oven wouldn't fit the largest of American turkeys, so we adjusted a bit. Loved the challenge!
Some of the more humorous aspects of this stay included never quite getting the knack of operating the combined Euro-washer/dryer, hidden away in the WC. And then there was the art of the 5 of us learning to take shorter showers, at different times of day, since the hot water was sometimes "hot, hot" . . . and sometimes "not so very."
Cesar is a friendly, story-filled, helpful host. His Parisian apartments offer sound value. For those wishing to have something other than the
standard hotel experience, this more adventurous route is very special!

Cesar is an excellent host. He warmly received us although we were delayed with the planned arriving time. The apartment has enough space to accommodate 5 adults. The kitchen-table area is comfortable and the service utilities are complete to prepare our meals. The location is really centric and it is around 6 blocks from Eiffel Tower; we went there several times there. I greatly recommend this charming apartment.
Staying in Cesars apartment has been a wonderful experience. His apartment is situated in one of the most posh areas of Paris. There's plenty of shops and no tourists.
The apartment itself is nice and reasonably clean. A couple of things needed to be fixed, but Cesar was that welcoming, that a didn't bother us very much.
Because other guests where arriving in the morning, Cesar asked us to check out a bit earlier, in return for a delicious petit dejeuner at his place (his lives upstairs). We accepted this offer, and so we were having a supernice breakfast served by Cesar himself at his apartment.
Overall: good price, super location, unique experience!!
Cesar was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in his charming apartment. The location is great -next to the best bakeries, creperies and shopping. Best of all, its within a 5-7 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 3-4 minute walk to the Metro.
The apartment itself is clean, tastefully decorated on a very nice street in a safe neighbourhood.
When we return to Paris, we would love to stay there again!
perfect stay not far from the eiffel tower and everything .
charming and very cosy spacious enough for a fmaily with 3 kids
My Friends and I had a great time at Cesar's apartment. it is beautiful and clean enough. the position is great and we regretted we couldn't stay longer!
The apartment is comfortably furnished and reasonably clean. Our host, Cesar Nahas was always accessible and responsive to our needs. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, plates, silverware, pots and pans.
Though not airconditioned, there is cross ventilation making the apartment comfortable even during the hotest days. We were four adults and though there is one full bathroom with shower, there is another toilet which was helpful.
The washer/dryer works well but is confusing to use. If you plan to use it, expect a learning curve. There are self-service laundries within walking distance.
The apartment is close to the Metro - Lines 6 and 9. The line 6 stop is Passay and the 9 is Trocadero. The 6 connects with the RER B line to get to and from CDG airport. Though a bit west of the city center, all the Paris attractions are easily accessible.
The neighborhood is very nice with lots of stores. We frrequented the bakeries, wine stores and restaurants. There are also many women's clothing stores and a local market, supermarket and mall within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay and we thank Cesar for being an extremely gracious host.
We had a wonderful three days at the apartment of Cesar. The apartment is wonderfully located in a very nice area of Paris (non-touristic with nice shops, restaurants and many traiteurs) at 5 walking minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is nicely furnished and could very well accomodate us (family with three children). Cesar provided us with clean bedsheets and even clean towels. The communication with Cesar was perfect. He was very helpful and replied promptly to all of our mails and sms-es. We will certainly return to this apartment when we are going to explore the rest of Paris.
