The property overlooks the Cannaregio Canal which is directly connected to the world famous Grand Canal, well known for its beautiful and fascinating palaces full of history.
We are located in the Cannaregio district, 30 minutes by boat from the Marco Polo International Airport, 5 minutes walking distance from the Santa Lucia Train Station and 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the Venetian terminal for buses and cars.
The closest public transport Actv stop water bus is "Guglie" at about 50 metres from us.
All the rooms are situated at the second floor of the building which has been recently renovated. Each room is furnished with an en-suite bathroom, shower, air conditioning, safe, a mini fridge, WIFI internet hotspot and satellite TV set with SKY. Furthermore the appartment is supplied with a well equipped kitchen with all the necessity for morning breakfast.
Le Guglie Bed and Breakfast is a cozy family atmosphere where you can meet people from all over the world and easily make friends in the morning during breakfast time in the kitchen which is in common!
My name is Fabio, I'm your host that run the B&B, I'm a friend and I can speak english as I used to live and have a job in London(UK) long ago! You can share your Venetian experience with me and ask me all the time for advice or indications!!!!
P.s. In the morning I like to bake sometimes nice cakes and custards! Italian hand made(by me)!!!!

I live at the BnB so, I'm pretty much reliable during the morning from 8:00 untill 12:00 and I usually sleep here. During afternoons and evenings unless I'm waiting anybody to show up for the check in, I usually live my life and I'm not present in the building.
