Interaction with Guests
I live at the BnB so, I'm pretty much reliable during the morning from 8:00 untill 12:00 and I usually sleep here. During afternoons and evenings unless I'm waiting anybody to show up for the check in, I usually live my life and I'm not present in the building.
Fabo was a charming host who spoke excellent English. He was a mine of useful information who answered all our queries with unfailing good humour. The room had very effective air conditioning and was provided with a kettle and a fridge as well as all the usual amenities. WiFi worked well
We were pleasantly surprised at how big our room was, particularly the bed - the pictures undersell it! Excellent location, easy to find and within walking distance of everything you'd want to see and do. Id definitely stay again
Nice location and nice host! In Venezia Centre we were satisfied with the price and quality. Breakfast was basic but enough, the room is big (much bigger than I imagined) and very comfortable with air conditioner in summer. Overall recommended.
We felt very welcome. Fabio is friendly, professional and helpful. The neighbourhood is great, with wonderful shops that have more interesting items that the usual tourist traps. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The shower is very small.
Fabio was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations on things to do and trips we could take.
Thank you for a lovely stay at your B&B Fabio. We felt very welcome and you were very helpful to us both before we arrived and throughout our stay. The accommodation was exactly as expected. Our room was spacious, clean, good air con and excellent bathroom. Kitchen and breakfast was also fantastic. We also felt to location was very good to. Thank you once again for your hospitality. Also say hello to pepe from us! :)
Fabio was fabulous and very understanding when we took the wrong train and arrived late.

About the Host, Fabio
Parliamo di me, allora!
Beh, fare i caffè...
