Spacious and bright open space in the Ticinese neighborhood, near the Navigli (the canals) and the beautiful square of Colonne di San Lorenzo. It's a really nice and lively area, with plenty of boutiques, restaurants and bars. The position is very central, as the city cathedral (Duomo) can be reached with an enjoyable ten minutes walk (or in a few minutes by tram).
The apartment is a basement equipped with:
• queen size bedroom divided by a curtain;
• two-seater sofa bed;
• walk-in closet;
• big kitchen with dishwasher;
• comfortable bathroom with shower;
• closet / laundry room (washing machine and drier);
• 40'' TV with DVD player (wide collection of dvds for you to watch) and Playstation 3;
• Wi-Fi Internet connection;
• parking space (in an area where it's virtually impossible to find one!).
The apartment is very well collected to the rest of the city, with MM2 (the subway green line) and many trams including lines 3, 9 and 14.
L'appartamento era spazioso, arredato con gusto e super accogliente.
Situato in una zona centralissima di Milano.
Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili.
Great place in a perfect location to discover Milan. Beautifully decorated and offers big bonus such as free parking! Hosts were very easy to contact and had good suggestions on what to do in a few days time. Would go back!
We had a great time, 2 nights, in Cristinas & Alessios Apartment. The Apartment is basic, but modern and clean, the Neigbourhoud is save en cosy and the Parkingspace ist excellent to have included. Thanks also to the easy communication and organisation of this last minute trip from Munich. Some small things to improve (for example Wlan worked with a cable) , but overall a real nice Italian experience and stay! :-)
Cristina has been a great and very helpful host, I stayed at their apartment for 3 weeks and I quite enjoyed this stay. I would say the biggest plus is that the hot plates were electronic and not on gas which I have noticed is very popular in Italy.
The apartment is quite big and very stylishly designed, but can be a bit noisy from the street. Personally that didn't bother me a lot! There is a nearby store and the location is really quite great, just about 35 minutes walk from Duomo.
I did experience some minor problems, but they were all quickly dissolved, I guess is normal when you stay for such a period.
Thank you for having me!
I spent 3 days in Christina and Alessio s appartment. I liked their style from the pictures I saw here already and in reality it was even better!
Everything is very tastefully arranged.
Christina was such a nice person, I wish I could stay there again next time I am in Milan
