Elegant apartment no. 2 of Villa Serafini from the late 19th century, located on the ground floor with tavern. At the entrance there is a large living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you go down to the tavern where the dining room and kitchen are located. A small balcony with lounges is available.

The Internet connection from this year 2025 is strengthened and fast because the fiber has arrived and the connection works have been done. So the problem of the weak connection no more exists.

The swimming pool and tennis court are shared with the owners or guests of the other 10 apartments.

The Villa Serafini complex is located just before the historic village of Bargni, on foot you can reach the town where you will find 1 Casa Oliva restaurant and a small tavern Da Gustin, with a particular atmosphere and local delicacies, upon reservation. Leaving Bargni, going up, you find the renowned Symposium starred restaurant which is also an excellent wine cellar.
It is worth a visit as is the free wine tasting at the Guerrieri winery.

Parking is free and available outside the property.
