Really nice place to stay, beautiful house, made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and a most welcoming host
We never had a chance to meet David face-to-face unfortunately, but Yan made us incredibly comfortable. She was welcoming and friendly, and laid out an amazing breakfast for us every morning! Their home was warm and open, and everything we were looking for to accommodate our few days of vacation. They even arranged to pick up my boyfriend's phone and send it back to us in the states after we left it in a cab on our way out of town! I would definitely stay with David and Yan again if we come back to Cardiff.
What a fantastic AirBnB, thank you so much. It was a freezing cold night but the house, was warm and snug and we were made to feel very welcome. A lovely breakfast greeted us in the morning and we felt lucky and privileged to have been allowed to stay in this warm and friendly house. Thank you so much.
David was a very caring host. Unfortunately the central heating broke just before we have planned to arrive. However, David offered us either full refund if we didn't want to come or 80% if we decided to stay. We stayed anyway and even though it was a bit chilly we enjoyed our stay (there was a wood stove in the bedroom and we had a electric heater). The location is fabulous and description of the house is very accurate. Would stay there again!
Great experience in Cardiff. We really had a great time in this house. And it was really surprising that we could meet Chinese hostess. Though the hearing was not working, the hostess was really helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast. And the hostess offered us tasty coffee made by her own. Great!
First time using Airbnb and what a wonderful positive experience. Great house, great breakfast, great location and fantastic host.
I´ve already been for the second time in this cosy and stylishy furnitured accommodation were we spent some lovely days. Before our stay our requests via email were promptly and friendly replied by David. Also his wife Yan was very kind and helpful.
Thank you, Yan and David, for your lovely hospitality.
We can only recommend it for others.
