Upper Court, Kemerton is a Manor House in 15 acres of grounds with a 2 acre lake. We have 5 self catering cottages and the Coach House is our largest sleeping up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms. It has a large lounge/dining room to seat up to 26.
The Coach House was built around 1760. A tall, airy room where the carriages were housed . The 2 refectory tables can seat up to 26 people, perfect for big togethers and reunions. Enjoy the log burning stove in the winter or wander around our gardens in the summer. The tennis courts is right outside! Bedrooms are either twin or double, one has an extra bed and is interconnecting. The Stables can interconnect if you would like it to and equally that can interconnect to the Courtyard Cottage. Plenty of room to sit outside. There is a BBQ.

A little! Diana and Bill live in the Manor House at the centre of the grounds. They, and their dog, Bertie, very much still run Upper Court and are 'hands on' in and around the gardens.
Kemerton is a lovely village at the foot of Bredon Hill with lake, meadow and hill in which to lose yourself. Escape to the countryside and feel refreshed by the open space and country air. Enjoy a stroll around the village and admire the thatched cottages and rippling brooks.
A bus runs to Tewkesbury every day. We are close the the M5
Enjoy your time here and treat it as your home. But leave things as you found them, please. We are in a conservation area so no music after 11pm.
The Herford family are all involved in running Upper Court. The pottery is Oliver's department and very active with classes and sales. Auriol also takes classes when she is not teaching in London (see .
Bill is in charge of the huge garden with the help of David. The pub is now run by Jake and Lee who are very welcoming.
Our main objective is to make people feel from home from home and there are very few house rules!
