Janos was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment is perfectly located and suited our needs very well. He arrived with suggested activities and a warm smile!
We had a Great time at Janos' apartment. We were truly immersed in the local culture and got to meet some very nice residents of the City. The cheese shop Fromage and the restaurant Kiskakukk were our favourites. The Apartment is within walking distance of everything on the Pest side of the Danube and has a cozy inside balcony where you can rest your feet and have a glass of great Hungarian Chardonay. Though apartment didn't have the finish of the Hilton, it made up for it with character and location. You will feel one of the locals within a day!
We stayed at Janos place only short moment . We arrived late at night and check out at 10am . We have to pay the security deposit for 100Euro. If there is no damaged , then our money is back . And they charged us 45Euro for the tourist tax .
Jan gave us information that we kinda need. Our mom was too afraid we broke something lols.
Janos and Jozef were great hosts. Not only was Janos extremely responsive with my initial questions, but checked in on me daily to make sure I was having a great time enjoying Budapest. The flat is clean, quiet, and very close to the metro in Budapest. I highly recommend Janos as a landlord and will do business with him again if I'm in Budapest!
Janos was a terrific host! He spent a lot of time with us when we first arrived, giving recommendations and guiding us, as this was our first trip to Budapest. I was traveling with my mother and sister, who were continuing on to Italy and needed laundry services. Janos and his partner, Jozsef, did two loads of laundry charging only for the energy costs involved. Talk about going above and beyond!
We stayed at the Graphic Apartment, which was clean and spacious, though it could use a little updating. Thank you, Janos, for everything.
