Thank you for the review. Your friend didn't mention during his stay that he was cold - if we don't know we can't help! The heating is on a timer through the day and evening, but he was coming home late and the heating is not left on overnight. The room has lots of additional blankets and there is a plug in heater that he could of made use of. We try to make sure guests have options to be as comfortable as possible.
