Upstairs apartment with large loft in the historic and romantic 1827 House. Spacious with all modern amenities. Next door to the 1846 Tavern and across the street from the Sawmill Bar and Table. Walk to the Saloon and attend weddings across the street at the beautiful Farm Road Estate. Hiking trails go on for miles right from the front door. Quick access to Wilmington, Mt Snow, or use the Moover.

Second Floor: Full kitchen with laundry, a full bath with tub/shower, a dining area, and a living room with an enchanting gas log fireplace.

A romantic Victorian Queen bedroom with views over the Farm Road Estate grounds, weddings, events, lighted trees, and Mt Snow.
There is a side bedroom with a twin-size bed off the Victorian room.
A large deck with outside furniture to enjoy the VT weather with a view of Mt Snow.

Third Floor Loft: An expansive space with two queen beds and a full-size futon. The loft includes a bathroom with a shower, a sitting area, and views of the Farm Road Estate and Mount Snow (binoculars included). The loft is accessed via spiral stairs.
