Our comfy two bedroom apartment with tons of light has a true leafy neighborhood feel! It comfortably fits four and is conveniently located near Brookline and Newton. Enjoy a short walk to the commuter rail and zip into downtown in 15 minutes! And street parking is incredibly easy! No meters, no parking restrictions or no parking days/times. Our Alameda 2 property features a vintage 1920’s floor plan and tall ceilings. The unit offers 3 bedrooms and an additional study for your comfort. The Alameda 2 hosts a large living room, dining room and renovated eat in granite/stainless kitchen. The Alameda 2 is located just a short walk from Starbucks, Roche Brothers grocery store, and Bertucci’s Pizza.

Transportation to and from a Swank Properties unit is very convenient and easy. Whether using public transportation or a car, all of our units are selected based on their ease of access to public transportation and interstate highways. All of our units are located within walking distance to the Boston T (subway) system.

Parking: This unit offers free, non-metered on street parking near the residence.

Our properties are fully furnished, providing our guests with all the conveniences of home during their visit to Boston. Our kitchens are fully equipped with a full set of appliances including a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range with oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. For your departure morning, we want to provide the information you will need to help things go smoothly! This information is also available in the Swank Properties App {SPA}

Your check-out is at or before 10am. Late check-out, unless arranged prior to check-in are automatically billed at the nightly rate. As the next guest will be arriving shortly, the Home-Keeping staff will arrive promptly and must find the key in Keybox B in the common foyer.

Please ensure the following are accomplished prior to departure:

- Home returned as it was presented for you

- Used bed sheets/bath towels (not duvet covers/shams!) in bathtub

- Final dishes washed and (may be) left in the dishwasher

- All trash/recycling deposited in the outside receptacles to the left side of the entry door

- All keys returned as described below and doors/windows closed and secured

- Use “Mobile Check-out” in the Swank Properties App {SPA} upon departure

As you originally found them, please leave one key on the key hook inside the home and one key in Keybox B in the common foyer. A charge to the security deposit will be required if the above are not completed and all keys are not returned appropriately. Please allow sufficient time on your check-out morning to accomplish the departure items. We thank you in advance for completing these tasks because they allow us to keep your costs down!

Host was completely unreachable. This was one of the most serious issues we noticed. You can't directly talk to host on phone. The only way of communication is to call answering service that spends few minutes taking all your details and they are so rude and were confronting all the time. The emails sent to them don't see a response for atleast 24 hours and some of the emails don't get answered at all. We had so many issues such as parking. There is not enough parking and if you park in the front the occupant on first floor behaves very rudely who asked us to not to park their and in front of drive way because his girlfriend parks there. We didn't see any car on drive way for most part of our stay. We were told we can park in front or infront of house # 21. We couldn't park there first two days because there was some other car parked there. If you are driving, be very careful and plan before booking this place because no body will come to your rescue. Host will be completely unreachable. We paid good money but were hassled to note these discrepancies and issues.

For a three night stay, we were in contact with this guest thru our representatives twice in person, and many times over email. The two times we had to dispatch a representative in person was thus: 1) Although our listing and the Welcome Letter in the unit clearly states "Absolutely do not park in the driveway... we do not own it!" this guest moved his car from the street and parked in the driveway because he didn't see anyone else parking there an hour after his arrival. We were informed and sent a representative to ask him (politely) to please park on the street where it was almost completely free of cars. 2) The next day another representative had to be dispatched because the guest parked right in front of the driveway, blocking it, and intended to leave his car parked there. This is entirely unaceptable of course, but made even worse as the street was almost completely open for parking otherwise... even right behind where he was parked in front of the driveway. We still can't figure out what this guest was thinking as he seemed pleasant in person but just seemed confused and lost most of the time. In case you are interested in seeing a picture of that street that day, we will add it to the pictures on the listing so you can see what street parking is like all day, all night, everyday. Wide open. Again, over a three night stay, we were in contact with the guest twice in person and many many times via email.

We stayed at Lance's place for my son's graduation from Boston College. The location is very convenient, 15 minutes or less from campus by car. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from restaurants, supermarket and other stores--10 minutes walk or so. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. Communication was prompt and clear, and check-in/check-out very easy. Would stay there again for sure!

This is a great, clean, light and very well maintained place that feels like a home. Linens are clean and soft, beds are very comfortable and it has been beautifully restored and maintained. Lance responds immediately and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely highly recommend and will return for sure!

Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto per una settimana con i nostri figli. Questo appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, molto comodo, cucina ben attrezzata, laundry nel basement, con 4 camere da letto, un bel patio e tutti i comfort per un gradevole soggiorno. È vicino a tutti i servizi e in una zona tranquilla e ben abitata. Noi abbiamo dei bambini e ci siamo molto divertiti nel parco giochi vicino alla casa. La consiglio assolutamente per un soggiorno a Boston, soprattutto se le vostre attività sono nella parte a sud della città.

O espaco e muito bem cuidado e todos equipamentos funcionam bem. Supermercado proximo tambem e um ponto positivo. As acomodacoes sao muito boas no geral. A distancia para aeroporto e downtown contudo e grande.
