We had a fabulous weekend at Da Audrey. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Everything is within walking distance. Trastevere is a buzzing location full of character with great restaurants full of locals. Julia is a great host. The apartment has everything you could need for a short or long stay. She also left lots of helpful information, guidebooks, maps and recommendations. Oh and the bed is super-comfy! Perfect!
We had a great time staying in Julia's flat in Trastevere. We had a minor emergency with the washer that was promptly taken care of by Julia and her boyfriend. The location is in a great neighborhood and the best meal we had in Rome was 20 feet away at Da Enzo.
We really enjoyed our stay in Julie's well-situated apartment. Being in Trastevere allowed us really visit this less-touristy area and we found ourselves loving that part of Rome the most. Julie was well prepared and very hospitable when we arrived and helped us get around town. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Julie!
It was a pleasure staying at Julie's, she was a great host and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible by helping out wherever she could. The appartment is clean and nicely located and it offers enough space for a couple exploring Rome. Julie has some great recommendations for restaurants and also the surroundings of Rome, so make sure to ask her for suggestions on what to do ;)
Thanks a lot and maybe see you again!
This apartment in Trastevere was amazing!! As I was traveling alone, I did a lot of research on areas to stay in and this was perfect. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Rome - both Campo do Fiori and Piazza Navona. A nice 30 minute walk to Vatican City.
The apartment was very clean and Julia couldn't have been better!! She answered all my questions quickly (and patiently) and made me feel right at home upon meeting her on my arrival. She even helped arrange a car service to get me and take me to the FCO airport.
I loved this apartment and the neighborhood. I will definitely be back. Thanks Julia!!
Da Audrey in Trastevere was perfect! Great location and in the coolest neighborhood in Rome. Super clean, modern, safe and a comfy bed.

My international background and education luckily led to the creation of unusual bonds with people from all over the globe. For this, I was often granted the outstanding opportunity to "feel home away from home" and - just like Miss Gilbert - traveling soon turned out to be "the great true love of my life..."
When I travel, I want to go beyond the hotel chains or standard guidebooks. I want to feel what the internet is unable to transmit. For a few days, I want to read the reality of a city and its inhabitants; live how they live, go where they go, eat what they eat, drink what they drink...To me, that is what adds meaning to traveling, thus it is the meaning I like to add to those who travel!
