Everything went just as expected, the apartment is in a beautiful neighbourhood and very quiet at night. We visited everything by foot since location was convenient, and had access to an array of restaurants. I would certainly recommend Julia's place to anyone!
Julie was an excellent host. We highly recommend booking through her and staying at her place in Trastevere. She was very prompt with any questions we had and her place had everything we were looking for. It was exactly how it was described in the listing and there were no surprises.
Thank you Julie for making our stay very enjoyable.
Great apt in a great neighborhood! Everything was perfect ! We didnt see Julie but everything was well organized and we had no bad surprises. I definitely recommend to stay in Julie's apt!
Perfect accomodation in Rome - quiet, within walking of everything important and in an area that looks like Italy in the movies...
We enjoyed staying here for a week and can definitely recommend it.
Julia's apartment is in a wonderful location in Trastevere: charming, narrow, cobbled streets, lots of restaurants, and within walking distance of many attractions. We walked to the Vatican, Palatine Hill and Coliseum, major piazzas etc. Yet the apartment is on an inner courtyard and very quiet. It's beautifully decorated and has a modern kitchenette and bathroom. The bed is a queen and softer than the other hard beds we encountered in Italy. Julia was a great host, and provided lots of tips for walks, restaurants etc. She recommended Enzo's just steps away, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Reservations are essential; it's tiny and very popular. Julia's friend Sarah greeted us warmly and also booked us a taxi for our return to the airport.
My son and I stayed in Julie's apartment and it was terrific. Julies mother met us who was delightful and offered ample assistance with anything we needed . We did not cook but everything we required was there and all worked fine. Loved the area and having Da Enzo restaurant at the end of the street was fantastic. Love Rome and loved Trastevere
Would definately recommend this place.
Da Audrey was fantastic. Comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated - we found ourselves not wanting to leave on the last day of our trip! The apartment is perfectly located in Trastevere not far off the Viale di Trastevere, and right by the Ponte Palatino. You can walk to a tram line in 2 minutes, to the Circo Massimo Metro stop in 10 minutes, and to many major tourist sites in 15-30 minutes. Julie and her mother Paola were extremely friendly and helpful, and stayed in constant communication. I can't recommend Da Audrey highly enough.
Another gem. The apartment has everything one could want. Julie answered every question we had before arrival and provided more information than we could possibly use during our stay. You won't find a more convenient location to tour Rome on foot - the only way to truly experience the "eternal city" or more friendly, helpful hosts.
My wife and I stayed for a week at Julie's apartment in September 2013, and it was a terrific experience. The location is perfect, so close to small stores, coffee bars, transit and roman ruins just across the bridge. We cooked in the apartment most nights, and listened to the sounds of the neighbourhood. The apartment had everything we needed, so modern and efficient. The whole experience of Rome was better than I had expected. Loved it all. Thanks.

Julie´s apartment is really lovely, clean and in the heart of Trastevere, with a lot of nice Restaurants nearby.
We didn´t meet Julie in person, but we had great contact via e-mail. Julie´s friend Sarah opened the door for us and showed us everything necessary.
The bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom is clean and nice.
In the kitchen corner you can also cook what you want :)
Trastevere is great located to explore every sightseeing by foot. You walk to the Colloseum about 20 minutes and to the Vatican about 25 minutes - we made everything by food, really great!
We really loved the place and will come back :))
