Welcome to Mama Bear's House! Perfect girlfriends' getaway or to celebrate a special someone.
Sit back and relax in our brand new and fully equipped stylish home just 5 minutes away from Kennebunkport's Dock Square. Spend time reading and sipping a fresh grounded coffee on our cozy egg chair, looking in our peaceful backyard while the sunset closes another memorable chapter of your vacation. Enjoy the firepit with hot cocoa and s'mores or fall for a cornhole game!

The space
On the first floor, you walk into a high ceiling foyer with a stunning pendant light, to the left our spacious dining room, to the right our cozy living room perfect for a game night in front of our fireplace or to watch movies/series and forget about everything else. Our kitchen allows you to be part of all the fun while making your best recipes, prepare delicious waffles or drink your favorite wine. At the back of the house you’ll find a laundry room, a half bathroom and a cozy space to enjoy board games or simply read a book and enjoy the view on our private backyard.
On the second floor you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in, a king bed and a master shower with two heads. The other two bedrooms each include a queen bed and ample space for your clothes and belongings. The second bathroom includes a shower tub.

Other things to note
HOT TUB:
We love the hot tub, and work diligently to keep it maintained year round. That said, due to situations outside of our control (Mother Nature or guest misuse) there are times where we are forced to drain and refill, or it takes extra time to reheat for the next guest. This happens rarely, but we like to manage expectations to avoid disappointment.
