Beautiful black bear roam the platte river area so it felt wrong to leave them out; We just had to decorate a room to honor the beautiful bears of Northern Michigan!

The Whispering Creek is situated on the border of Benzie County, only a stones throw from Leelanau and Close to Frankfort, Crystal Mountain & Traverse City. #PureMichigan #GreatLakes

The area is surrounded by hiking and ATV trails, wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, beaches, lakes and rivers.

Many Northern Michigan treasures like the Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the famous M22 scenic drive are within a 1/2 hour from the resort.

We are close to many river access points to drop Kayaks or canoes into the water for a day on the river or one of the lakes.

No matter what your getaway interests are, you are sure to find something great close to this little Northern Michigan stay!
