The apartment is located in a Nicois style building within 50 metres of the Promenade des Anglais.
The apartment is very light and airy and provides a large living room with an open plan fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a washing machine, separate toilet accommodation and a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean.
The Old Town (Vieux Nice), shopping on Avenue Jean Medecin and the Nice Ville Gare are all within a ten minutes walk and there are numerous regular bus routes that operate along the Promenade des Anglais and Rue Dante to many destinations.
Within 500m of the apartment are many amenities, ranging from supermarkets (Intermarche, Casino, Lidl), grocery stores, bakeries (many to choose from), Banks (Credit Agricole, Caisse d'epargne, HSBC), covered market with local produce (Rue de la Buffa), much more.
Daily markets are available in Nice with a wonderful range of fresh produce, regional and local specialties all year round - fresh flowers and souvenirs to choose from.
The Colline du Chateau overlooking the Baie des Anges and harbour offers a spectacular vantage point overlooking the city. Not much is left of its ruined castle besides crumbling walls. Still, climbing up the stairs to reach the platforms 90 metres above Nice is well worth the view. There is also an ascenseur (lift) which will take you three quarters of the way up.
Located a short distance from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, the apartment is ideally located for spending lazy days on the beach, exploring the city and its attractions or visiting neighbouring towns and attractions along the French Riviera.
There are many outdoor activities nearby, ranging from tennis, golf, canyoning, walking, hiking, skiing, and many more. Nice has many museums including Musee chagall, Musee Matisse, Musee des beux arts, to name a few.

Great vacation in great flat.Thank you very much. All the description is true.Location is super, 5 minutes from the beach, 1 minute from big supermarket. Robert came in time and helped us, gave some advice about ways to Monaco, Cannes and the bus to the airport. It was a very cool week for 3 couples of young people. We had three separate bedrooms what was super. We will recommend you and your flat.
Ciao Roberto
We stayed in Nice for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location of the flat is great, as it is very close to the Promenade and the Old Town of Nice is in walking distance.
The flat was very spacious and clean and we felt really at home. Looking forward to stay there again!
The apartment was everything it promised. Host very friendly and helpful. WIll stay here again
This apartments is well situated and pleasure to stay at, it is bigger than appears in photos.
Closely located to all amenities and tourist attractions in nice.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Great location and perfect size for a company of 5-6 people.
Clean and comfy. 2 min from nice beach club and grocery store.
We had a wonderful visit in Nice. We loved the city and the surrounding areas. We arrived at the train station and we were picked up by a driver that Robert arranged for us which was very convenient since this was our first visit to Nice. The driver's fare was 20 euros. We waited outside the apartment for about 10 minutes before someone came with a key to let us in. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there a no lift. It was an easy 2 to 3 block walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We rented bikes one day and rode along the beach and stopped to swim along the way. We took a bus to Monaco and stopped in Eze along the way and explored the old town and took the train back to Nice and it was a wonderful day's outing. Roberts apartment was on the low end of the price range and so we were not too surprised that it was a little more tattered than the pictures showed. This was all perfectly fine for us since we were not in the apartment much and the price was right. The bathroom shower was clean and it was convenient to have a washing machine and drying rack. The kitchen was equipped with two small refrigerators. The train station was a 20 minute walk, so when we left we walked to the station. Robert was a good host and I would gladly rent from him again, since he has several other apartments in Nice. This was a great place for the price.
