A cozy but large apartment located in central Montepulciano. The apartment is composed by one panoramic double bedroom, a panoramic living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Perfect for couples wishing to reside in one of the most celebrated hilltop village of Tuscany and experience its community life.
The apartment is located at walking distance from everything the town offers: restaurants, bars, shops, cellars etc.
A parking is available (free of charge and no resident permit needed) just in front of the apartment.
Raccomandato!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Montepulciano, and the experience was really enhanced by our stay in the apartment! Maria was there to check us in and show us the place after Giacomo was kind enough to guide us in over the phone. The directions on the website were perfect, we just took a wrong turn and came in from the wrong end of town. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment!! It had everything we needed for our stay. We even cooked a few meals in the perfectly stocked kitchen. The view out our window was amazing and we enjoyed sipping a glass of wine in the beautiful garden. The place was perfect. It is in a great location, close enough to the center of town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again.
This is one of the nicest places we've stayed in during our five weeks in Europe. The views are amazing, the gardens beautiful, the town and surroundings of course are great, and Giacomo is a very helpful host. We are hoping to return next year for a longer stay.
Great location, we really enjoyed the stay! Great host Giacomo and his sister Maria.

Buongiorno. I was born in lovely Montepulciano 44 years ago. Graduated in International Relations in London (UK) I worked for almost ten years within legal services of the European Community based in Brussels (BE). Since 1999 I run my own company in Tuscany providing marketing and property management to local estates and tourist resorts.
In 2012 I renovated my old family house in Montepulciano into four nice apartments and open the residence to those wanting to experience the living in a "Renaissance gem" village.
