This place is very cute and the host is very responsive. The kitchen is not quite as good as I imagine from the photos, but if that's not important to you, it's a fabulous little gem.
Great place. Comfortable and quirky. Some good places to eat close by and convenient for the subway to Williamsburg and Manhattan. Lovely garden and sun room. Host was great - very welcoming and accommodating.
I really enjoyed this beautiful vintage apartment that extends from the quiet street to a lovely botanical backyard. The area is very nice with quiet residential streets and busy avenues with many great restaurants and bars. I could totally live there!
Sadly didn't get to meet Annette or Fabrizio (key was left outside for us to collect). As we weren't met by anyone, it made figuring out the TV/WIFI etc a bit tricky and it would have been nice to have received some advice on where to go / local area on arrival. The flat itself was great and we had a very comfortable stay. Brilliant location - close to subway and lovely little bistro on the next block.
This is a large, great location only a short block and a half from the F, G, and R trains and just five blocks to Prospect Park. The flat has tons of character and the verdant backyard is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The immediate neighborhood with mostly frame instead of brownstone or brick row houses is on the verge of areas totally renovated where prices are stratospheric, but seems very safe.
A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. I loved exploring Gowanus. The garden is a real plus and Fabricio was a great host.

When I'm not planning an event or decorating, I love to sit back, relax and take life in.
My home is my sanctuary, and I try to make it feel that way for others. Not pretentious or stuffy, just comfortable and welcoming - so if you're planning a trip to Brooklyn and need a place to stay that will feel like a home away from home, shoot me an e-mail.
Coming Next Spring -- I will have a beautiful master suite available for rent - with small seating area, queen size bed, private dual sink master bath with tub and a lovely private deck for you to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or some star gazing at night!
