The property is located close to the medieval hilltop town of Osimo with the Riviera del Conero and its stunning beaches only a few kilometres away.

The space
The house is in a secluded spot and is very private, calm and quiet. Access is along a country lane that leads to 3 farmhouses and there are no other buildings in the vicinity.

Where you’ll be

Osimo, Marche, Italy

Osimo with its small cobbled side streets and quaint shops leading on to its main piazza with charming colonnade and fountain is without doubt one of the most beautiful and enchanting towns anywhere to be found in the Marches region. It is also an excellent base for exploring local history sites dotted around the area among the picturesque hills.

THINGS TO SEE IN OSIMO
The piazzas, churches, cathedral and crypt, public gardens, underground caves.

Osimo has plenty of small cafès and bars where you can enjoy and aperitivo or dine al fresco in the summer.

Tours with English interpreters can be arranged to visit local markets, cheese makers and wineries or we can give you all the info you need to reach them yourselves.

The Riviera del Conero (Numana, Sirolo, Portonovo, Marcelli), famous for its stunning beaches, seaside towns with excellent restaurants and shops, is a 15 minute drive away.
