No cats allowed.
Dogs are allowed, up to a maximum of 2 dogs.
Please note that all dogs must:
* Be house-trained. No pee pads allowed.
* Must be on a leash when outside and under the handler's control at all times.
* May not be left unattended at the property.
* Are not permitted on furniture or beds
* Must not pose any threat to any nearby residents, occupants, members of management, or other persons.
* Unfortunately, due to insurance liability, we are not able to accommodate dogs that are Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), attack dogs and or Wolf Hybrids.

Tire chains must be carried in your vehicle from November 1 until April 30.
