"Bouga-an" just got opened in August 2022!
We are here to provide the relaxing place where you can escape from ordinary life and rushy everyday life...
The great ocean view out from the balcony and living room will make your trip to be more special...also you can enjoy natural hot springs in the Japanese traditional-styled bathtub which made by wood.
The master bedroom is upstairs and we have prepared Simmons.
I am sure you will have a tremendous trip in Izu Kogen area by staying here :-)
The space
We have prepared a queen-sized bed which is from Simmons so that everyone can have a good night sleep at night.
If more people will be staying, you can use tatami room as a bed room and use futon mattresses here. I think there is enough space for 3 adults and 1 kids :-)
If you open up paper sliding doors in tatami room, the space will be connected with the living room so you can use as a wide living room.
Additionally, please message me beforehand if you would like to rent either BBQ grill or bio-ethanol fire pit (winter only) in the living room as it would cost extra and has some rules to stick with.
You will be able to have great ocean view and natural hot springs all on your hand and no need for you to share it anyone else!

Please feel free to use the entire house except for the staff room with the lock on the 2nd floor.
Other things to note
Please understand that the bathing tax of 300 yen per person (for those guests who are under 13 won’t be charged) per day will be charged after your reservation. It is required by law and you are still charged when you stay at my accommodation even if you don’t use hot springs.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

・Please use a designated BBQ equipment.
As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night.
If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra.
・I have a bio-ethanol fire pit in the living room (in winter only).
If you would like to use it, you will need to message me beforehand as it costs extra. Please make sure to check up on me about the actual costs and rules etc.
・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you.
And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-)
・Please use the reheating system if you would like to enjoy hot springs at night/in the morning as the supply of hot springs will stop from midnight until the morning due to the cleaning.
Also there are some dates which are set as rest dates of the hot springs, if you are curious about when it gets stopped, please kindly send me an inquiry first.
・you CANNOT smoke inside the house.
Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside balcony and please be careful with the use of fire.
・Please separate the trash.
If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee.
・The gas meter may get stopped when you use the gas too much.
When that happens, please read through the guidance left inside the listing or message me.
・This accommodation is built in the hilly part of the mountain. Please be careful around the area as some parts can be quite steep.

I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
We are asking guests to let me know the information below so that we can operate legally as official hotel-licensed listings.
1) The names of all the guests in your booking
2) Each of the guests’ home addresses
3) Each of the guests’ occupations
4) Everyone’s nationalities and passport numbers with actual scans of everyone’s passports
