We enjoyed very much staying in your flat. It was clean and convenient. The bed was good and it was quit , so we slept very well. We also liked the neighbourhood and had dinners in restaurants there in the evenings.
We had not read the instructions good enough so I did not understand how we should get into the apartment, I therefore appreciated very much that I could have so close contact with you. Next time I am out travelling I will use airbnb. I think it is much nicer to stay in a flat, then in a hotel.
Grecia was a wonderful and very helpful host always ready to give us directions and point out good spots!
The apartment was also very cozy and clean. We had a great room with a good view and very calm. The spot is ideally located close to shops and subway!
I would absolutely recommend it!
Grasia's beautiful apartment was a wonderful place to stay and I loved all the 1930s period features. The location was great too. The room was spacious and really clean and became a calm haven after busy days exploring the city. Grasia was a great host - extremely kind and helpful...I would recommend her place to anyone.
With such a wonderful host, a spacious, sunlit, room, and Astoria, what more could one ask?
My staying at Grasia's was supreme! I spent 5 nights at her place located in Astoria. The neighborhood is lovely: very close to Manhattan (which is easily reachable by a few trains), ton of restaurants and bars, very safe. Grasia's apartment is very cozy, wonderfully furnished, well-kept and extremely clean. The room reserved for guests is welcoming and big. The bed is so much comfortable! Grasia is absolutely lovely and very kind. She offered me food for breakfast, and a couple of glasses of wine when a friend of her came over. She is outgoing and laid-back: if you are look for a person to have a smart talk and few laughs with, there you are. Last but not least, she is very good looking. Which does not hurt! ;) My overall experience could not have been any better.
Grecia was a perfect hostess. The apartment was very clean and the location was very central. Being new to the airbnb program I wasn't certain what to expect. But Grecia waa welcoming, kind and very considerate to my needs. She made the NY experience for me even better..
I would highly recommend staying with Grecia to anyone..
You will love the city and make a wonderful new friend.
