Kevin was a wonderful host, and the condo was PERFECT. 3 girlfriends and I stayed for 4 nights and quickly realized that we never wanted to leave. A few comments on the great amenities:
-The condo was perfectly equipped with kitchen appliances and all the cooking implements we needed.
-The bedroom was bright and delightful, and the pull-out bed in the living room was very comfortable (I actually opted to sleep on it all 4 nights instead of switching with my friends).
-The tasteful beach-themed decor added a great deal to the homey vibe.
-Publix supermarket was extremely close by (2 blocks) and had a complete and wide variety of food.
-Kevin provided his iPod speaker system when I asked if there was anywhere we could plug in an iPod (above and beyond the call of duty!)
-The beach was less than 4 minutes of walking away and very lovely.
-The on-site pool was exceedingly clean and equipped with pool toys, beach lounge chairs, and had a great view of the bay. I recommend going to the pool earlier in the day because the sun dips below the building around 5, at which point the pool area becomes chilly in the shade.
I highly recommend this place!
Excellent accommodation. We were met on the first day by Kevin's dad who gave us a tour and explained the keys. The condo is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and description. Plenty of information about the area and the resort in the condo.
We had a lovely time while we were here, the condo is near all of the treats of Treasure Island, a pool onsite and the beach across the road, there is even a space reserved for your car. There is a brand new Publix just 2 mins up the road for all your needs and local restaurants are well worth trying (Ricky Ts and Sloggy's were the two we tried).
We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.
Thank you Alvarez Family for a lovely holiday.
We loved the place and it had everything we needed to feel home and provide for our toddler. The long beach is right across the street and the pool by the bay is wonderful as well. The Alvarez family was very friendly and welcoming!
What a great condo! Kevin and his family were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Our flight didn't get in until 10pm and he was fine meeting us then, even though is was so late. He even had a little welcome basket for us! It was a wonderful little condo that was easy to find, and very well maintained. The weather didn't quite cooperate which was unfortunate, so we didn't have any sun while we were there, but the Dali museum was only about 20 minutes away and was really cool, and the restaurants were delicious. Thanks for a great stay Kevin and family!
