The Space

First, let us welcome you our own way, with a present:) with each booking you make you'll get a $100 gift card at our novelty and souvenirs shop, 5 minutes from your loft:)

Now the space...

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 people, Whether you're a group of friends, a couple, a family, an executive (convention centre is walking distance), a bunch of happy people celebrating a bachelor party, or maybe just a guy looking for the perfect setting to propose, you found your place!
This classy designer's loft is located in a 1800s heritage building in the most special and looked for location in the exquisite old town of Montreal, overlooking the lively Jacques-Cartier Plaza, and the vibrant St Paul Street, where performers and passerbyers light up your long summer nights.
This charming loft includes two bedroom spaces, one with a king bed being part of the open space concept with corner views, adjacent to the master bathroom, the second is a private room with doors with a private bathroom and a queen bed. Moreover, there are 2 extra single mattresses and one extra double one for groups more than 4.

Truly unique place in the heart of Old Montreal, fully equipped kitchen, island bar with 6 comfortable stools, 2 beds: king and queen, plus one extra double mattress and 2 extra single ones that you can put anywhere in the loft, 2 bathrooms, 2 hair dryers (one in each bathroom), rock star interior, widescreen TV, cable, full central air & heating, internet, videophone, washer and dryer, dishwasher...

The loft is very spacious and bright, sizing over 2260 sq. feet, with 12 large antiques windows coming out on Old Montreal 3 major streets sides, Place Jacques-Cartier, St-Paul Street and De La Commune Street.
The old town is truly a different experience, a piece of Europe in a north american city, and your loft is in its centre:) Come let us take care of you, and we guarantee that your stay will be an experience, a souvenir of charm and authenticity!

We also accept events but we price them differently; depending on the number of people included and the kind of events, prices go from hourly rates (ex an executive dinner) to night rates and they are negotiated on a case by case basis.

And please don't forget to check the house rules and the cleaning fees payable at check in:)

The Neighborhood

Can't beat the location!!! Your loft is in the buysiest plaza in montreal!! Steps away from all the main restaurants of the old town, pubs, clubs, theatres, Cirque Du Soleil, St-Paul Ave, the Notre-Dame Basilica, China Town, Palais des Congres (convention centre), Bixi Bike Station in summer, skating ring in winter and so many other things in the Old Port, you can basically walk to your restaurant or your favourite bar, or maybe just sit by the window while you sip on your wine watching the plaza boiling with life!
Often called "the open air museum" of North America, the neighbourhood is all you're looking for when you come to town. Old Montreal is where it all started back in the 1600s, and it's all kept amazingly intact, with abundance of character, charm, conviviality, shopping and entertainment.

Getting around

We recommend you walk to get the best out of the old cobblestone streets and heritage buildings, but the nearest metro stop is only 5 min walk for Champ De Mars station & 10 min for Place D'Armes station.

Taxis are down the street from your loft.

Parking: Numerous overnight parking facilities nearby ($19 per 24 hours).

  • We are a family of 5, and this was the perfect location and loft to spend our 1st trip to Montreal. Everything was perfect from the location, to the loft, to the hosts, to the welcome. The loft is simply amazing, it slept 5 of us easily, and we had multiple windows overlooking a main plaza in Montreal. For every minute of our stay we could people watch from the loft and watch world cup soccer on a large flat screen tv. We could walk down the steps to shops and bars and restaurants. My kids loved the 2 minute walk to ice cream every night. The hosts were very thoughtful, answering all our questions, and stocking us with groceries for our week long stay. They were also fun and helpful. The loft itself is beautiful, with a very modern feel, full of conveniences, plenty of air conditioning, and most especially the view over the city is amazing. The location for tourists can not be beat! Thanks.

  • We came together for a reunion and stayed at this luxury loft. It is truly a gem and located in the center of Old Montreal overlooking everything. We got hit with rain so being inside this loft was great. The place comfortably sleeps 8 - mattresses are provided as well as linens and towels. Hasan was our host when we arrived and went out of his way to meet us early. He gave us great suggestions on restaurants and also things to avoid. We were provided with a well stocked fridge that had fresh fruit, drinks, bread, and eggs. Great place and great host!

  • Pros: Good location in the heart of old town, (email hidden)ly square.
Cons: The space isn't really livable. Despite a great floorplan, the host is using the apartment as storage for a lot of bizarre trinkets and oddities that you have navigate carefully around. For sleeping, there is only one bed and a a lot of dingy mattresses and sheets - not very comfortable for a large group of people. There is only one bathroom, and within 2 hours of reaching the apartment the only shower broke and was out of service for the whole weekend - very problematic for large group of guests. The host has not been accommodating or professional in addressing our concerns about this after the fact.
Overall: Not good for large groups of people, ok for a couple that wants to overspend to live in a museum of curiosities.

  • I honestly do not know where to begin with this review. Let me just begin by saying, Bravo!! Every single aspect of this trip, from the initial email to the hand shake goodbye, was more than I or my fiancé could have ever imagined. The space is amazing and identical to the photos, with some surprises you'll see once you get there. Its like a fantasy world. It made us feel like millionaires, rock stars or royalty. BUT.... the biggest sell, the location. I mean you're in it, you're exactly where you want to be if you visit Montreal. As we sat on the windowsill, sipping wine and looking over the square, we were undoubtably the envy of every passerby. Now on to our host, Hassan. ABOVE & BEYOND! Fresh Fruit, Fresh vegetables, assortment of nuts, cake, french bread, salads... the list goes on. Hassan even went out and bought us lunch. The hospitality was 5 stars. These professionals know how to take care of their clients, no question. This trip was to celebrate our engagement and M&M hosting gave us life long memories we will take with us always. Thank you! Look no further, you found your home in Montreal.

    Glenn & Gennylee.
