Welcome to your home away from home while exploring Traverse City. This downtown one bedroom condo has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Hangout in the family room with ample seating and a smart TV with cable and streaming apps. Relax in the bedroom with a brand new memory foam mattress. Make any meal in a fully stocked kitchen. The condo is downtown Traverse city, directly on the TART Trail for easy access to everything the area has to offer! Comes with two new bikes!

The space
Everything in the condo is brand new. Lounge in the family room with plenty of comfortable seating. The couch is a brand new queen sleeper sofa. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Cable and streaming apps provided.
The kitchen is well stocked to make any meal you would like. There is a stocked coffee bar with coffee, cream, and sugar.
The bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and black out curtains, perfect for sleeping in on your vacation.
Just a few steps out of the condo is a locked bike room. Bring your own bikes or use one of the new cruiser bikes provided for your use. We also supply bike lock and have a tire pump for use.
The bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit (with supplied detergent).
The condo has a private patio with seating and string lights.

The building has an elevator for easy access to each floor

Guest access
The building is locked with a keypad code. The condo it self has a smart lock. You are supplied with a custom door code. This means you can check in at any time after 3p and no keys to keep track of!

Other things to note
Not only is this condo great for a couples or small family getaways, this building is great for large groups or working conferences. Rent multiple condos with in the building and use the large gathering space on the 4th floor to have a daily conference or large group dinner. The group room has plenty of seating, lounge and dinning. Along with a fireplace and TV.
