A really beautiful home in a great neighborhood, very quiet, near Pleasure Point. Comfortable, extremely well equipped 2 bedroom house. Beaches, all restaurants, shops, amenities are walking distance. Great outdoor patio with large green garden.
part of the big back yard: open, green, comfortable. The studio (2nd bedroom) opens into the garden with french doors. The small back door leads to the kitchen.
I sublet a lovely 2 bdr house with a wonderful big back yard in Capitola, Santa Cruz. A fantastic location!
Remodeled bathroom, comfortable, very quiet and private, green, a very short walk to the amenities (restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, stores, a movie theater,...even a mall about 1 mile away) of 41st Ave and to Pleasure Point - famous surfers' spot - and great walks by the ocean with several access paths to the beaches! 10 min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Plenty of public transportation in this area.
I offer a map with a list of our best local spots that all guests find very useful.
I have HS internet, wifi, but no TV.
One bedroom is set up for a couple, with a real bed, the other room is my therapy studio, which can easily become a temporary bedroom.
I have incredibly comfortable thick futons - 1 for 2 people who want to sleep together, and also 2 more single futons. All new!
Everything is very clean and neatly organized, linen closet furnished with all you can possibly need, and labeled for your convenience.
The comfortable kitchen is equipped with cast iron pans, stainless steal pots, all sorts of quality kitchen machines and gadgets for your cooking fun.
I ask for $185 X day, $1000 x week, $3200 x month, when 4 people or less occupy the house. For a 5th person I will charge $25 x day, $100 x week, $350 x month.

Guests will have access to the entire house, front and back gardens.
Interaction with Guests
I will be interacting with the guests as much or as little as they need me to.
I am not present when the house is rented, but my neighbor Kristi is available, 'next door', and I am only a phone call - or e mail - away.
It' s Capitola! Pleasure Point!
Beaches at 10 minutes walk! Same for restaurants, coffee shops... Trader Joe's (the best - quality and economical - grocery store) and health food stores a few minutes of car drive. All you need and might desire nearby.
The house is close to all this, but in such a quiet little spot. Nice neighbors. ...what else? Ask me.
There are two bus lines, at walking distance.
Other Things to Note
I remind here that there is no TV.
Please, no smoke, no pets, no parties, no excessive noises.
My neighbor Kristi lives in a completely separate - and not even visible - part of the property, but she is very close; she can take care of the yards needs: you have the choice of watering my front and back yard gardens or allow Kristi to enter the property from the back gate to irrigate.
If you sublet for a period longer than a week: please water the indoor plants once a week.
Please, return the house in the same way you found it. Costs for cleaning will have to bring my prices up and that would be a pity.
Please be mindful of electricity and water consumption. I am always very careful, so I really hope you will be as well.
Please respect my belongings, respect my home. Let's make this a good experience for both of us! If somethings breaks, please let me know.
If I am not available, Kristi will be in charge for anything that might matter with your stay, and will also inspect the property upon your departure, in case there is anything that should be reported to Airbnb office.
