This was a great place for our stay in Venice. My wife and I stayed for four nights and it had everything we needed. It's close to everything you want to see and is real easy to find once you know where it is. Furio's wife met us when we got into town to help us get settled, which is extremely helpful since Venice is like a maze. Furio is a great host, he was very responsive when we needed him and was more than happy to provide some great recommendations. I will definitely be recommending his apartment to my friends when they visit the area. It's a sure bet for a comfortable place to rest your tired feet after a day lost in Venice! Don't hesitate, book it! You wont regret it.
The flat is beautiful and quiet in the center of Venice.
The view from the windows is really Venezia！
In the flat it is warm and comfortable in Dec.
It is very easy to access to the boat station or anywhere.
We enjoyed so much living in Furio's flat.
Thank you so much.
Wonderful apartment in a central location in Venice. Furio greeted us at the boat stop late at night and helped us get to his apartment. He not only spent time going over the apartment, but also suggested sights and restaurants to try. This is a large, spacious and very clean apartment with a true Venice atmosphere. The apartment is in a quiet location with a view of the canal.
Highly recommended. Location is close to two vaporetto stops and all the sights. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. It met our needs much better than a hotel would have. Furio was a wonderful host. He showed us to the local market and was quick with responses to questions. He even was able to mail me back some clothing that I left in the apartment.
The reservation was canceled 47 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Furio's apartment was clean, spacious and in a great area of Venice, close to the tourist destinations, but quiet and without crowds during the busy summer season when we visited. Furio was a very helpful host, he showed us all the amenities in the apartment and answered our questions about Venice. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other guests!
WOW! What a beautiful and charming apartment, in a fantastic location!! Furio met us in front of the Teatro La Fenice, guided us to the apartment, and took a lot of time to recommend places to visit, eat and shop. Then he walked us to a nearby grocery store (very small) and introduced us to the owners who took great care of us during our stay. This apartment is so charming and romantic. We watched gondoliers go by just under the windows! Furio has taken care to provide everything needed for a wonderful stay. We plan to return to this apartment, hopefully many times!!
Furio thanks a lot!! My parents were very happy for staying in your lovely appartment, and they are in love with you and your wife!!
location great, clean appartment, so we will be back!!))
We enjoyed tremendously! The apt was spacious, very well located and felt especially Venetian. Furio was a gracious host. We will definitely stay here again.
Furio apt was truly an amazing experience. Located right next to the Teatro Fenice (the venice opera house) we arrived to a light rain, and being able to the hear the opera singers warming up and practicing their arias. It was absolutely enchanting.
The apartment was great. Located on the second floor, I was initially confused since the description is a first floor apt. The reason for this is that the first floor in venice is now uninhabitable due to floods. The apt was very quiet except for the occasional gondola passing by & the opera that wafted through the open windows - no complaints.
Furio met us at the teatro - 100 yards from the apt, which is easy to find and walk to from the vaparetto stop at St Mark's square (maybe a 7 min walk). He sat down with us and talked through the entire apt and gave us some advice on what to see and do in venice. The only complaint was that the washing machine was currently broken -something that we had been counting on using. I know things happen, but I would have appreciated a heads up. Regardless the apt was spotless, quiet, and just off the beaten path enough so that tourists weren't invading our every waking moment. I would recommend this apt without reservation.
