You'll love the amazing views of Pikes Peak, the 14,115' tall mountain which towers 8000' over the Colorado Springs skyline while sitting out on our spacious front patio on our west-facing corner lot as well as sitting around the custom fireplace out back at night.

The space
We love the vibe of our home and we hope you'll find it unique and interesting as well!

You'll notice:

This is a custom ranch style home built in 1958 with Frank Lloyd Wright characteristics and subtle mid-century modern accents. The solid brick exterior and monochromatic paint color has a stack stone fireplace that runs perpendicular to the horizontal orientation of the home, emphasizing Wright's Usonian Design.

Usonian houses were the embodiment of an era for simple, stylish small houses designed especially for the American Middle class. The house has tons of personality and lends itself to a time of great style, fun lively big band music, cool furniture, great entertainment, wholesome family times and awesome community gatherings.l
