The place is small but does not lack in amenities. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and just across the street there is a bus stop to take you to the métro and Montréal. Old Longueuil with it's restaurant row is very close. It is a very secure area. A great value for the money!

Had a wonderful time in at Renée's with my little one. Lovely little apartment. Easy to grab a bus to the Metro at get into the city, as well. Hoping to find an excuse to come back some time.

Rented this space for the 2017 Formula One Grand Prix of Canada. Renee was very helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had. The space was clean, private (with a separate entrance) and ideally situated to get to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. The metro was a 15 minute walk away, which made it easy to access the track as well as downtown Montreal and other nearby attractions. The location also meant that we were going against the big crowds heading to and from the circuit from downtown Montreal. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to sleep in Montreal for the Canadian Grand Prix or any other event in the future.

Renée was very welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home. The studio was clean and comfortable just like the photos and had every essentials for a few nights stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was exactly as Renée's listing said it would be. We were arriving late as we were travelling from New Brunswick, but Renée made sure that we were able to access the keys and get into the place without a hitch. Our entire stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We didn't meet Renée until the second day, but she was very friendly and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed! The entire place was spotless and the sheets were clean and fresh. The location was amazing, everything you could ask for. It was about a 20 minute walk to the metro, where we had easy access to everywhere we could possibly want to go. There were busses and Bixi bikes nearby, yet we were still in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. A few of the neighbours even said a friendly hello to us as we walked around and explored! I hope we can book here again next year when we return to Heavy Montreal!
