Outstanding location. Home is situated in an area close to different beautiful parks to stroll and tour the area. Plenty of cycling trails around. Julie and her partner are super talented, so just talking with them about their arts is a tour on its own!
Julie and FX were awesome hosts, very friendly and hospitable. My husband and I were in Montreal for the Fifa games and their location is perfect. The house is charming and clean, and being able to park in front of their house for the duration of our stay was convenient for us. We walked to and back from the Olympic Stadium, and we felt safe walking around the neighbourhood until around 10pm. We wouldn't hesitate booking with them next time we're in Montreal :)
Julie and F.X. were fantastic hosts. They made me feel comfortable and helped me to navigate the neighborhood. F.X. prepared a delicious breakfast and they are both very interesting to talk to. I recommend them highly.
We booked and arrived very short timed at julies place.
For us the location was Perfect
And also Julie is a very nice host.
The bathroom and our room was as descriped and very clean
Julie and her Partner were very welcoming - they provided us with directions and even lent us some money when we didn't have cash for the bus. The wifi worked well and we could leave our rental car at their house for the entire length of our stay - both of which was very convenient. Yes there is a cat - so in case you don't like that just remember to shut the door to your room and you'll be fine :) The only small downside is that you have to take a bus and then the metro in order to go downtown, so it is not thaaaat central. But there are Bixi-bike-stations very close to the home and so we actually opted for a bikeride which was also a good way to take in the city and its neighbourhoods! Overall a very nice Airbnb experience, with very friendly hosts. I would definitely stay with them again.

About the Host, Julie
Having travelled a lot myself, I know the importance of finding great and not too expensive places to stay overnight. So I've decided to offer two opportunities to travellers:
1- as my partner and I have a house in Montreal with a spare room, we've decided to share it with the world. Welcome to our place!
2- I still have a beautiful house in the country, in France, with a lot of cachet, next to my parents' house: you'll have wonderful guests, and a great time!
I'm a freelance translator, but I also have many other occupations: visual arts (photography, charcoal drawing, painting and mixed media), martial arts (karate, wing chun, qi gong) and energetic healing, writing and storytelling...
Welcome to my world!
