The flat is situated in a central, yet quiet area of Nørrebro.
Nearby you will find great shopping opportunities: supermarkets, ethnic green grocers, as well as hip fashion boutiques. You will also find plenty of green recreational areas within a short walking distance (The Assistens cemetary, Fælledparken, and Guldbergs plads just next door). There are also great bus connections nearby that will take you right in to the centre in less than 15 minutes.
The flat is a cosy 1 bedroom flat which consists of a small hallway, small bathroom with toilet and shower, a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer/gas stove with oven/microwave oven. The living room holds a cosy minor sitting arrangement and a dining area. There is a 32 inch flatscreen TV.
The bedroom holds a queen-size bed (140cm wide) with a double duvet. There is also a dressing table and a large mirrored closet. From the bedroom you have access to a beautiful balcony. There is enough room on the balcony for 2-3 people to sit confortably and enjoy a cold drink.
There is an iphone-dock (email hidden) player in the flat for the music lovers.
From the balcony you overlook the private communal area for all the flat owners of the building, it is lovely and green with plenty of BBQs and benches, play areas etc all for you to use. You will also find washing facilities in the next door building at an additional charge
You may park right outside the flat at a charge or park 500 meters away for free.
You will find a kiosk and a pizzaria right outside the door.
Just around the corner you will find the brilliant down to earth wine bar "Sabotøren" and next to that the cool, chilled out eatery/bar "Wascator".
If you have any specific wishes/interests for your visit in Copenhagen, I would like to offer any help I can provide in terms of practical information, opening hours, bike rental, travel information etc.
You may bring dogs in to the flat, as long as they are house trained and not allowed on to the furniture. There are plenty of dog yards nearby.
I will provide towels and sheets/covers.
You may smoke on the balcony.
Please note that I keep a cat in the flat, which is obviously looked after elsewhere when you stay there :-) I will of course clean the flat immaculately before you arrive, but if you are allergic to cats you are probably better off staying somewhere else just to be on the safe side :-)

No loud music or noise after 10pm. No pets in the communal area.
This is a cozy, neat, clean, well-equipped flat in a lovely district of Copenhagen. Louise was a pleasure to deal with and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.
We had a very pleasant stay! Louise was extremely helpful and the flat lives up to its promises. Clean and cozy, extra points for a very comfortable bed. Although the location is not that "central", it didn't bother us at all, buses and rental bikes take you anywhere in a matter of minutes. :) And it is great for exploring Norrebro. Highly recommended!
A very cosy and warm flat. Very comfortable bed and it was immaculately clean. Louise was easy to communicate with and I would recommend the flat to others. Thanks Louise!
Her place was very very clean, well looked after and confortable. We unfortunately didn't meet her personally but she prepared everything we needed with helpful (detailed!) notes answering all the questions you'd need to ask. We ended up going out a lot, but could have easily spent some time hanging out in the flat too.
No complaints whatsoever and would be happy to stay at hers again.
Louise's lovely apartment made our visit to Copenhagen relaxing and special. It is impeccably clean, has all the comforts of a home away from home, and is decorated with charming personal touches. Large sunny windows, and a balcony planted with flowers and herbs make it very welcoming. A laundry is available, and cafes, bakery, and grocery only a few minute's walk away. Louise replied promptly to all our questions and left us everything we needed to know about the apt., the neighborhood, transportation, and gave us some great recommendations too! Though we never had the chance to meet, we feel like we have made a new friend. We would not hesitate to stay again!
Clean. Beautiful. Pretty perfect. Louise couldn't have been nicer. Flat is definitely recommended.
I loved the flat and it was great to have a home away from home to stay in.
I moved back to Copenhagen earlier this year after several years in London and in Aarhus in the western part of Denmark. I love Nørrebro for its diversity, friendliness and its laid back attitude!
I'm a real foodie and love trying out new places to eat. In my opinion the best way to travel is by taking a day at the time, allowing yourself to take long breaks in parks and chatting to random people. I don't like having a large to-do list!
I will do my best to accomodate any visitors in having the ideal holiday in Copenhagen as it has so much to offer, whether you want a culturally packed holiday or just to chill out!
