Nice spacy apartment on the 4th floor. 5 minutes away from Forum Metro.
The private room I offer for rent has 2 Twin beds (2 seperate beds).
The beds can be put together to a King size bed. The beds are new and of very good quality. The room is seperated from the rest of the apartment by a corridor. My guests has access to a shared bath room, a seperate guest toalet, a large and spacy kitchen, with an eating place for 2-4 persons. I offer facilities such as a small extra refrigerator and also wireless Internet.
THE AREA : The apartment is only a few minutes away form all attractions: 7 minutes to the Town Hall (Rådhuspladsen). 10 minutes away from Tivoli, 10 minutes away from the pedestrian street Strøget (the shopping Area). Also you can reach the Botanical Gardens, The State Museum of Arts, The Rosenborg Castle. All attractions are within walking distance i.e. 12-14 minutes . Nearby you also find The Latin quarteer where you find cosy shopping streets in very ancient Copenhagen. In my local neighborhood you'll find Nørrebro with cafees, small fashion shops, ethnic restaurants and famous Take Aways.
HOW TO GET THERE:
From the airport: take the Metro to the FORUM Metro Station (12 minutes)
From the Central Station:
Take bus 66 for 5 stops. It takes 10-15 minutes.
How to get around: Everything is within walking distance. Additionally you can go by Metro. Also you can rent bikes cheaply.
I look forward to be your host throughout your visit to Copenhagen
Regards from June
Eating of breakfast and/or take away food must be consumed in the kitchen, where you find a nice eating place.
The window in the bathroom must be opened after showering.
It is easy to enter and leave the apartment, since the entrance is private and seperate from the rest of the apartment,
It's really a nice place to stay and the location is very convenient!! June is really a friendly host and make sure we are all right and get the information we need.
The house design is also fantastic which I really like it very much! She allows us to use the kitchen and it's really comfortable to cook and have dinner there like a home.
I would highly recommend this place to others if anyone has chance to go Copenhagen!!
Majse was a lovely host. Her communication from the beginning was very clear and she made us feel very welcome upon arrival…giving us a map and a general over view of the city. The room was simple but sufficient for myself and my friend sharing for a few days and the historical apartment made you feel a part of Copenhagen and its history. We had the room at the back of the apartment and when we closed the door to the dining room we felt as if we were in our own flat and did not hear any other air b n b guests or Majse. The apartment is quite high up …the stairs are manageable but not if you have mobility issues. It's an easy 20 min ride from the airport by Metro and a nice 15 minute walk into the centre so location was very good. Majse bought us extra tea which was very sweet and there's a guest fridge if you want to keep anything cold.
Staying with Majse was great added value to my stay in Copenhagen. Such a treat to stay and visit with a native who can offer insights into their city and country. The apartment is well represented in the pictures, clean and comfortable. This was my first AirB&B experience and I'm ready to do it again.
Me and a friend stayed for 4 days at Junes place and had a lovely time there. June was very welcoming and friendly and wasn't short on tips what to do in Copenhagen or where to find nice restaurants and bars. Our room was facing the Boulevard and for those of you who are wondering about the noise level, as soon as we closed the window you didn't here anything.
You can easily walk to the main city attractions to do some sightseeing from the apartment and if you are a little bit exhausted - like us on our last day - the metro and bus stop is close by.
I had a great stay in Copenhagen staying with June. June was a great host, really helpful and it was lovely to meet her. Junes location is excellent, within easy walking distance to the city and sights as well as easy walk to metro for a 15 min trip to the airport. I hired a bike for the 3 days I was there and was able to easy cycle around and access all that Copenhagen has to offer. Had a great time and highly recommend staying with June.
My experience with June was fantastic! She is warm and friendly and has good ideas for things to do in Copenhagen. The apartment is very close to the Forum subway stop so couldn't be easier to get to from the airport (less than a 30 minute ride) and is centrally located to all neighborhoods in Copenhagen. I rented a bike from a place that she recommended around the corner for the five days and was able to get everywhere very easily. The apartment is large enough that you will have privacy and I felt completely at home there. It is a walk up building so if you have mobility problems, bear that in mind. If not, enjoy!
I absolutely love-love-loved my stay here. Majse is one of the sweetest aribnb hosts I've ever met, and she made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived -- offering me tea, and snacks, and even printed directions for the day trip I wanted to take! The apartment itself is centrally-located and beautifully decorated with colorful art, gorgeous furniture, and eclectic details that made it incredibly easy for me to imagine never leaving.
Thanks again for everything! Hopefully one day I'll get to visit again! ;)
