The apartment has been set up specifically for the needs of Airbnb guests, with everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a hair dryer, iron, full washer and dryer and of course WiFi, Apple TV and BBC iPlayer and ITV Player available through the Freeview box on the TV.
There are no personal effects in the apartment as you tend to find in other places, allowing guests to relax in the beautifully designed space. As many of our guests say "it's been my little home for a week and I'll be sad to leave it".

The apartment living space benefits from wood flooring, high ceilings and windows which give the flat plenty of natural light throughout. The apartment is fitted with a B&W surround sound media system as well as recessed and designer (Philippe Starck) diffused lighting.
The kitchen area comes with contemporary Siemens appliances; dual oven / microwave combo, dishwasher, hob extractor and full fridge / freezer.
The bedroom has plenty of storage with built in shelving and recessed lighting, which leads into the designer bathroom with further storage space, ceramic tiling and a deep traditional style bath and shower.
The main bed is a Queen size or Double. It is suitable for 1 or 2 people. A third person can be accommodated in the living room should you want to have a friend or relative join you for a night or two, either on the sofa, or by setting up the motorised inflatable air bed. Additional bedding is available for this, which guests can set up themselves as they desire. Complimentary sleeping masks and foam ear plugs are provided for light sleepers.
Guests are provided with face wipes, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus Radox foaming bath gel or bath salts for a relaxing soak on their arrival and a bottle of skim milk for a much needed cup of a range of teas, hot chocolate or coffees. A brand new Nespresso machine is available with multiple flavours of coffee pods to choose from. Filtered water is also provided as well as basics for cooking; oils, herbs and condiments.
Full access to a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom amenities. No shared areas or facilities.
Interaction with Guests
Guests are usually checked in by fantastic friendly manager Rex, then left to enjoy the apartment in peace. The manager is available by email and phone at any time should anything else be required during your stay.
Rare past issues have been resolved very fast and to guests complete satisfaction guaranteeing a positive experience even if something goes wrong.

The building and neighbourhood are exceptionally quiet and safe, even though it is located right in the heart of vibrant and noisy Soho, central London.
All the excitement of the West End; theatres, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, museums and the famous Oxford St, Regent St, Mayfair and Bond St shopping areas are within walking distance as are a large number of audio and video post production facilities. An excellent place to stay for guests visiting for work or an interest in music, media and film.
Chinatown, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are also a short 5 minute walk away for great food, cinemas, and arcades.
There are four main London Underground Stations, all within 5 minutes walk - Tottenham Court Rd, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square and 23 bus routes passing within 5 minutes walk during the day and 26 routes during the night.
There are 2 supermarkets conveniently close to the apartment, not to mention several small convenience stores and newsagents open late at night.
Other Things to Note
Unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for children age 10 or under as it has not been child-proofed and contains items which may prove dangerous to a little one in addition to very low window sills which regrettably aren't safe for children.
*Guests must check-out by the agreed time, even if the apartment manager is not there. Staying past the agreed time may result in a deduction from your deposit. Likewise, held luggage must be collected by the agreed time or a fee may be charged.
*No parties or activity that will disturb the peaceful block and building.
*No Smoking in the apartment or corridors and communal areas of the building, including use of candles or incense.
*Must maintain security of the apartment at all times.
*Guests agree that they lodge as an invited guest and not a tenant or resident.
*No children aged 10 or younger for safety reasons.
*No animals are permitted.
