Enter the guesthouse through an expansive 13x27 living room leading to the formal dining room or the Lewis & Clark guestroom (through French doors). Relax on the antique camel back sofa and feel the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Both the living room and formal dining room have large picture windows and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and Kitchenaid mixer. The Lewis & Clark and Audubon guestroom on the main level each have queen-sized beds with plush linens and hardwood floors. There is a full bath on the main level with a combination shower/bath and a pedestal sink. The Sacagawea guestroom on the upper level has a Hollywood-style queen-sized bed with plush linens while the TomMcCall guestroom on the upper level has a full-sized bed and a window air conditioner. The upstairs also includes a recently remodeled full bath with combination tub/shower. All four guestrooms have a high-definition TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, desk and dresser. The laundry room is located in the basement. The guesthouse has a dual 120-gallon hot water system for plenty of hot showers. Enjoy Portland's mild weather from the covered front porch on a quiet tree-lined street. Barbeque on the patio. The guesthouse has central A/C and a security system. A car is not necessary since the guesthouse is 1/2 block to public transit and 10 blocks to the MAXX light-rail system.
