This 420 square foot apartment is furnished with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized, tempurpedic sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen is prepared for your quick breakfast or your home-cooked dinner. You will have precious luggage space to spare since we provide hair dryers, soap, shampoo. All the comforts of home and the privacy of your own place.
Guest has full access to the condominium, as well as the building amenities: fitness center, a game room, pool table, and the incredible 3,000 square foot rooftop deck with amazing city views, multiple barbecues, fire pit, and lounge seating.
To top it off, secure parking is included in the price of this condo!

Interaction with guests
With a 24 hour emergency line, and a team member always ready to assist during business hours, we are always a phone call away. All check-ins are scheduled well before your arrival so we can be ready for your arrival. Guests receive email copies of their check-in instructions, and are asked to electronically sign a standard rental agreement. Our smartphone app keeps all your reservation information handy.
Please take note, there are no additional charges or fees due for your reservation. Payment for your reservation will be processed through Airbnb only.
Located just north of Seattle's downtown, this condo sits in the lively neighborhood of Belltown. There are restaurants on every block, bars to grab a drink, shops to explore, and did we mention the food? More than 63 eateries call Belltown home, and many are on our "don't miss" list. Since Belltown is residential, it is a perfect spot for guests of all ages.
Eight blocks to Pike Place Market; 7 blocks to the Space Needle; 5 blocks to the waterfront. Almost everything in downtown is within walking distance! If public transport is more your style, the building sits on a major bus thoroughfare that will take you beyond downtown. Or, you can call Lyft or a taxi any time!
Other things to note
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask!
- Due to insurance requirements, renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Quiet Hours are 10PM – 8AM. This is a residential building primarily owner occupied. Please keep voices, televisions, and radios at an acceptable level at all times.
- NO SMOKING! There is no smoking in the unit or on the unit balcony, or on the rooftop deck. Smoking is only permitted 25 feet from the front door of the building per Washington State Law. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of our future guests and neighbors in our building. Also, please note that the building abides by federally permitted substances, not state legislation.
- Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available for an additional fee.
- Check-in is 4PM on arrival day; check-out is 11AM on departure day.
-A STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT, which includes a copy of the building rules, must be completed by the reservation holder. As a requirement of the building's HOA, these documents are to be signed and submitted to our office prior your arrival. All documents are sent, signed, and returned electronically.

This endeavor started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others that have second homes in Downtown Seattle.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
