GREAT PLACE! We had a bachelorette weekend here and it was the perfect place for all of us to stay. Our beds were comfy, more on the firm side!
Good location, but definitely recommend renting a car!
The house was great for our family! Bedrooms were a good size and the air mattress for my 2 kids was perfect. There was a small issue but it was taken care of immediately which was appreciated.
I had several friends stay with me, and we had more than enough room in this spacious house a few blocks off Magazine. Marco (and Drew) did a great job communicating with me in advance of the stay, and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. Thanks!
Great house. It has everything you would need - whether you want to make your own meals, entertain guests, or just have a beautiful and comfortable place to crash while you enjoy all the city has to offer. Great location. There are many places nearby to eat and drink and shop, and the bus line is convenient for almost anywhere you want to go.

Marco's house was the perfect place to stay to celebrate my sister's bachelorette weekend in New Orleans. It was very spacious and conveniently located to the Garden District and nearby the shops on Magazine street. Marco was a great host: he was responsive and extremely prompt as he handled all of our concerns.
I am so incredibly happy to have stayed at this house in New Orleans. It was the best way for me and my friends to all stay together and have an amazing time. The house is very cute and makes you feel right at home. Marco is very easy to get in touch with and really makes you feel comfortable. If I ever make my way back, I would definitely hit up Marco again.
Great house in a good location. The host was really easy to work with. Definitely recommend this place.
I rented Marco's house for 5 days at the beginning of August 2013 for my sister's bachelorette party. The house could not have been more perfect! The house is every close to Magazine Street and is within walking distance to the St. Charles Streetcar.
We had a great time, and I would rent this house again.
My husband, in-laws, and I stayed at Marco's place for 4 nights in June 2013. Property is well located and extremely well-maintained. Close to supermarket, Magazine Street restaurants, and a pleasant (even in the NOLA heat!) walk to the St. Charles Streetcar.
Marco wasn't in town when we stayed but we were well taken care of by Drew, who saved the day on a moment's notice when the internet router wasn't working and I had to do work while on vacation.
